My son went yesterday to get a blizzard. Felt dizzy and weak with vomiting 30 minutes later.... Will not go back

I had an extremely disappointing experience today. To start, they ran out of vanilla ice cream and didn’t inform anyone waiting in line until after orders were placed. Instead of showing understanding, the staff laughed and joked about it, which felt disrespectful to paying customers. When we placed our order, not only did we receive very poor customer service, but they also gave us the wrong sizes. Even worse, the chocolate ice cream was practically liquid and the staff openly commented on how runny it was, yet still went ahead and made our Blizzards anyway.

Because the consistency was completely off, they didn’t even flip the Blizzards when handing them over, which is part of the DQ standard and should’ve meant we got them for free.
I was so frustrated by the lack of care and professionalism that I didn’t even bother arguing, knowing it wouldn’t be taken seriously. I live just two minutes away, and sadly, this is what we were served and we can't even eat them they're soup. Really disappointed, this used to be one of our favourite treats, but after today’s visit, we won’t be coming back and I advise others to do the same.

After consuming an Oreo Blizzard, I experienced severe gastrointestinal distress, resulting in vomiting that was characterized by the expulsion of a substantial amount of viscous, creamy fluid.

Went in on my birthday to inquire about any birthday promos as other companies offer a little freebie.
The older woman said they didn’t any promos without looking at me in the eye. As I was leaving, she mumbled something negative under her breath.

Well done to Romy!!! Friday October 25, 2024 in the evening. She was alone with ~15 customers. A group of young people (it looks like a hockey team), me and my son. We came to get a Halloween cake. Really excellent work, she kept calm served one customer at a time no visible stress.

I wanted to give this opinion because I am myself, a fast food franchise restaurant owner. Honestly hoping that her employer recognizes the work she did that day or on other occasions.

Definitely the worst soft serve ice cream ever. My experience with a pitiful marbled vanilla chocolate cone. No difference between vanilla and chocolate. It tastes like water, what a disappointment.

Nice little DQ , well stocked selection . The staff is friendly and welcoming . High traffic sometimes means that there's no space to sit and it can at times need a clean up on tables but it's a great spot for ice cream ?

Last year already wasn't great, we tried again this year and it's still horrible. Ice cream flows in just a few seconds even if it's not hot outside. Blizzards are almost runny and there are almost no flavors to choose from. The ice cream tasted like water, as much chocolate as vanilla and there was no consistency.The employees try as best they can to provide good service even though they seem understaffed.

Normally this DQ is fine but on Friday April 26 the workers did not have hats or hair nets on, some were not in uniform, and they were making a mess and dropping brownies on the ground, etc. (I’ve worked at DQ before and this was not the normal mess we usually have) Orders in front of us were wrong or missing things. I asked for a cookie dough blizzard with a scoop of Rollo, size medium. They brought a small, I said no it’s a medium. They brought a medium and I repeated, “this is cookie dough with rollo?” He said yes. It was not rollo, it was Skors. Big difference in size between a piece of Rollo and a piece of Skors… but I didn’t feel like asking for a new one again when the line was already long again. Hate to complain but we weren’t happy :(
