Never had a square wrap before today. Had to re wrap it myself after telling the person making it, that it was square with 0 understanding of what I meant.

Food was good and was ready pretty quick. Make sure not to ask for ice for your drinks. The lady had 3/4 of the cup full of ice. Took maybe 5 sips and it was already empty.

I came today 10.00pm to this restaurant. But no body in here. I knock like 100 times. They cheating customers. Because in the door mentioned that it open untill 10.30.. very disappointed
The place was not too clean due to the smoke of the food on the grill floor were dirty but staff so busy restaurants is full would need a janitor full time and better fan for their oven

Ordered 2 burgers in a trio for pickup. Waited 15-20 minutes before picking it up to give them time to make it. When I get to the drive through to pick it up I’m waiting at the intercom for no one to say anything I’m thinking oh okay maybe they’re busy so I wait maybe 10 minutes no answer no one talking. I look at the drive through window I see them see me. I drive to the window no one looks at me the workers are just doing their thing making orders like there’s not a customer at the window waiting. And I see a worker with a headset on her neck not even on her head to take orders or to hear people coming. I’m n her neck. I go in to get my order to learn that it’s not even ready yet. I’m sure the workers are nice and all and nothing against them but this isn’t how you do things anyways the food is good it does the job but the experience and the wait makes it not worth it.

Ordered on the app, went through the drive thru after 11pm. A very polite young man named Jordan served me. Fast service, remarkable how fresh and perfect the order was handled (compared to other places) and genuinely taken care of. Would Recommend to all. THX Jordan, you made my night. Cheers

Me and my girlfriend went to eat at 3:30pm,(slow hours)but we were served in no time with the best service anyone could ask for.👍And to choose everything to put on my burger generously to my liking really made my experience awesome 😊👏👍Thanks to the staff and the concept of Harvey’s❤️

Honestly, I wasn’t planning on posting this, but after my experience with an older lady employee on July 14 2025, this had to be done. My girlfriend and I are regulars. I usually order pick-up through the app and I’d like to think I’m super polite with the staff. However, a day ago we ordered and found a living spider crawling around in her burger. I contact customer support and they deeply apologize and say we’ll get a refund. The next day we get an email from the Vaudreuil-Dorion location confirming this. Kevin was nice and straight to the point about a refund. Bring the receipt, show it to someone, and we’ll get a refund. It was going smoothly until an older lady employee was issuing the refund and then basically took no accountability. She says in all her time working here that this has never happened. She then says, and I quote “You never know where the spider came from. Maybe it was from your car.” We live less than a 5 minute drive away. The bag is always kept on our lap, not in the back seat, not even on the passenger seat. The spider was on the patty, inside of the bun. The hamburger is wrapped fairly tight too, then the bag is stapled. According to her there’s 0 chance of a spider’s crawling in their food. She then asked if we ate the food. No, we did not eat our food. I just shook my head at that comment and walked away with my refund.
Sorry, but the lack of taking accountability and ability to soft skill was crazy. All she needed to do was apologize, say she’s deeply sorry, and give a refund. Instead, she went full defensive. I don’t have anything against the owner or the other employees, but as a former regular, I’m extremely disappointed with this interaction.

The workers were really nice and patient, I really love eating food and although I took my time choosing my items, they referred me to their favorites and I really liked that. I highly recommend this store and I will be sure to keep coming again.
