“Had a great time at Pacini’s on Saturday with my family . The food was good and the kids were happy !
It was very busy, and we waited some time for our server to come( he never did ). Liam, a waiter from a completely different section realized we had been waiting for a while and came to see us and waited our table instead.
He was great ! Attentive and friendly.

“The pizza came out hot and fresh. The crust had a nice crunch to it, the toppings were well-balanced, and everything tasted like it was made with care. Even though it was pretty busy, the service was impeccable.

Overall, this is a reliable and well-kept up Pizza Hut location with good food and service. Highly recommend, will be back in the near future.“

“We went to the one on Sallaberry de valleyfield. The food was great but the service was very unhelpful and not friendly. We told her it was our first time there and wanted to know what kind of entrée they had she told us to go back to the front and read the panel we asked to remove a certain ingredient from our dish but it was ignored. I understand that it was a Sunday afternoon, and she probably didn't want to be there, but she shouldn't take it out on the clients.“

“I originally gave a 5 star but changed my mind when I had to wait 20 minutes to pay my bill. Good food and very pleasant atmosphere but owner needs to hire more staff. The place was packed. Our server was excellent but was running around a lot serving many tables. It took 20 minutes to pay for our bill after getting it. Again, not the fault of our server cause she was really busy and only 2 servers in the entire place…and one of them was also working the bar area. It’s ridiculous to treat staff that way. Anyway, other than that, it’s a place you should visit.“
