We went there to celebrate a birthday party. We made our reservation for 6:30 PM. We didn’t get our food until 9 PM. The waitress had no smile and service was terrible. Besides the service being terrible. I took the pasta plate which is really small and it did not taste good it had no taste. Some other people at our table took hamburger plates and those weren’t good either it had no taste no spices no nothing plain ordinary beef patty at exorbitant prices. For three people it cost $185.06. It’s crazy. Their prices are ridiculous if I was not with a group of a lot of people I would have left. I did not like their menu when I checked on the Internet to begin by the way, apparently the waitress forgot to add the pasta on the original bill and then had people calling us on the cell phone to tell us to come back because I didn’t pay my bill. We paid our bill and we went back and repaid the pasta dish which was $28.59 for a grand total Of what I mentioned above. The waitresses kept running in the back store to do what I don’t know, but that seem to be more important than serving the customers.so no, I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Oh The food was cold, we had finished eating and we’re running after our bill and when I went to say goodbye to some friends, they had just gotten their plates and it was almost 10:00 PM. One person even cancelled her plate and went to eat somewhere else total disappointment Will never ever go again there again nor would I recommend this place.

By far the worst experience of my life. To start the bathroom is freezing it’s like you’re in the Antarctica. Second it took over an hour to get our food and it was cold and the hamburgers had no flavour and the poutines were cold and mushy. My mother-in-law ordered pasta with shrimp and the pasta was disgusting and no flavour. We ordered a diet Coke tasted like water gave it back to the waitress to get regular Coke cause they had no more Diet Coke and the regular Coke tasted like water also. This restaurant is extremely Expensive For the quality of the food. One of the family members that were with us also never got her food ended up, cancelling her food and went to eat at McDonald’s instead.The waitress had no smile. And to top everything off, we told the waitress we were three people on the bill paid the bill and a family member of ours called us back, saying that my mother-in-law did not pay her when I paid the bill, everything was on the bill except for her main meal so I had to go back to pay for the main meal. We are extremely disappointed, and we will never be going back

First and last time at this location; $125 thrown out the window.....Quality of the food: 1/5 The ribs were cold with a chemical-tasting sauce. The burger had a funny tasting spice and the fries were limp. Quantity-price ratio leaves something to be desired. A fish n chips is $28 with only 1 piece of fish and very few fries; I had to eat again once home.

Extremely long service (1h30 for a drink and 2h30 for our starter) and the place was practically empty. We had to return our plates because the entrecôte was not edible. He forgot my order so I had to wait again before receiving my meal. It was my first and last time at this place.
