This is the second time I’ve left without ordering because of how slow the service is. There were three people working, but it still took over 10 minutes just to move through the line. The customers who ordered before me were still waiting on the other side. They either need better training or more staff during busy times. It’s frustrating, especially when places like Presotea offer faster service and better-quality drinks.

Arrived to the store at 7:57 the guy at the cash said we are closed i said you guys close at 8 pm he said i have customer here and he is the last person , you guys should say we close at 7:57 to avoid people driving to your store and you refuse to sell withon your business hours

Had a bubble milk tea. I ordered a chocolate boba milk drink with soy milk. Gave me regular milk instead. Before this, I went many times and the there were no problems except this time. I am never going back again. Can't even follow a basic order. This was a costly mistake on their part because I'm severely lactose intolerant.

I was disapointed with the customer service. I went there once, I was told it was a great place for tea, turned out ot wasn't. Took 20 mimutes almost to be served and my order was all wrong.
Best place for bubble tea is in Cornwall.

They used to be good, now their drinks are 90% ice… and make you pay for a cup of water. Not worth it.

We tried 2 smoothies with my wife. One large and one medium. They have several flavors and combinations. Almost $20! They are good! At $10 a drink it’s a treat! I don't see myself going there every day.... Very small place. There are 4 bar chairs on the right and nothing on the left to sit on despite a space provided?! They want a tip when you pay with the machine.... obviously!🙄. We are free to give.

I simply stopped going there because they are always out of tapioca.... happens so much they even have an official sign lol

Owner should look into the August 29th at 3:00 pm. Had at least 6-7 customers with only one person working drinks/taking orders. The other worker seemingly cleaning a cart on the floor. At least 2 customers leaving without ordering and one family would’ve at least been 4 drinks. Not everyone can afford to wait 15 minutes (didn’t even get to place order during the 15 minutes) for a single drink.
