Went for lunch and got the teriyaki chicken and it was delicious, so many different tastes and ingredients and my friend had the beef tartar and loved it..great service as well. Will be back for sure

Had a surprisingly extra delicious burger on Wednesday night, ordered the classic (smash burger) with bacon added and when it arrived, it was a true smash burger with the nice crispy edges of burger sticking out. It was soooo good. Side onion rings were done just right too. We also ordered some nachos with smoked meat on top and they were very good, especially with the Bloody Caesar that was part of the Happy Hour special. I had the original Caesar and it was very good with just the right amount of kick to it. The decor is nice in there with so many eclectic touches throughout. They had the playoff game on several big screens around and although it seemed like our fellow diners weren’t necessarily watching the game, the minute the Habs scored the restaurant erupted into cheers! Nice ambiance to watch the game after all!

Title: Disappointing Experience with Poor Service

I recently visited the restaurant in Vaudreui and was unfortunately met with subpar service. When I brought my concerns to the manager's attention, the issue wasn't resolved to my satisfaction. The manager's response was particularly unhelpful, suggesting that I accept the service as it was if I wanted to continue being served. Due to the poor management of the situation, I wouldn't recommend to others.

Super service, amazing food every times, I forgot my purse like a fruitcake and one of the employees ran after me in the parking lot to give it back. Y’all too great love u lots

It's been a while and it's better than I had remembered. Smash burger was good and switched the fries for onion rings. Will come back again with the family....the kids like CE the Mac and cheese!

We went for lunch and both had burger (25$each) we both were wondering if the burgers had been reheated a that’s how dry they were … not what I expected at all . If you want to do justice to your beautiful decor you need to up your game big time!! Don’t think I would go back :(((

Great burgers and perfect service.

Stopped by to try their mid-week lunch menu. It has less than 10 options but comes with a cup of homemade soup (very appreciated on a cold day!), main course, fountain beverage or coffee and donut holes for dessert. The lunch portions are smaller than the dinner items, but with the soup and donuts, it is more than enough. Food was good, fresh, and tasty. Service was excellent — one waitress was handling all the tables (about 7 occupied), but did a great job. Friendly, bilingual and quick. We will be back to try the other options!

Their food was honestly disappointing. For the price I paid, it was not worth it at all. I ordered a classic burger and paid extra for bacon. Their burger didn't have any wow factor and their bacon was so hard to bite. It tasted as if the bacon was a day old. Their appetizer (shrimps) was the same. SUPER hard, harder than the bacon. It was a challenge to finish because my teeth actually hurt from eating it and I didn't want to waste the food. That is not even an exaggeration. Also, I ordered tacos with smoked meat and the cheese was not even melted. I asked the waitress if they can melt it more, she came back with nothing that changed. She also forgot to give us back the salsa. The service was okay, the food was a big no. I would not recommend it.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I went for lunch the other week and asked about the burger of the day on the lunch menu and was told it's a 'surprise' burger and the chef makes whatever he want. l asked again because we came last week and the waitress asked the chef and we were told what burger it was. Kind of ridiculous to not tell paying customers what the burger of the day is when people have allergies and might not like everything on the burger or like it spicy etc.
When we brought up allergies and not liking certain toppings the waitress said not to order it if you're picky because ‘nobody knows what the burger is’ UMMMM THE CHEF KNOWS!!! Go back and ask him.

I then reached out via email to complaint department and didn’t hear anything back. I left comments on their Instagram page and sent them a dm there. It took over a week for somebody to actually get back to me and it was on their Instagram page. They asked for my email address so somebody could get in touch with me. A few days later I get an email from ‘foodtastic’ for a $20 gift card with no explanation or anything.

There was no apology from the location or head office, no reassurance this wouldn’t happen again and that the server should have known the burger or should have asked the kitchen. NOTHING!!!

I enjoy the food here but lack of customer care and lack of customer service makes me not want to go back if this is how they deal with things.

Great food but my goodness the service is slow. We got there at 4, there were only 4 tables with others, half of them already eating, and it took 10min for anyone to come as serve us, another 10 to get drinks. From the moment we sat down it took almost 40min to get food. For 90% empty place that’s pretty ridiculous. Sad really, will probably avoid coming again simply due to long wait. There was only one lady serving, so I felt a bit bad for her, but still there was nobody there so why was it taking that long?
