Beef medallions wrapped in bacon.....hard as a rock the bacon was good...the medallions ended up in the trash....never again will I buy a product that comes from you....a in your place I would be ashamed to sell these products....I wouldn't even give them to my dog......

Tournedos wrapped in bacon..... Floury, texture similar to mechanically prepared meat and poorly mixed. Tasteless pepper sauce, only tastes like salt...probably bacon residue!!!

At the sight of the presentation of the flank steak marinated in Dijon, I was already salivating. When I tasted it, I said to myself that you had missed the box of salt in the recipe. Yes, it's tender but so salty that you don't eat the normal portion. Mind you, I should have seen the table which says there is 37% sodium! I wasn't brilliant...
