The restaurant could really benefit from a little freshening up. However, the service was simply exceptional, thanks to Thalie, who made our experience unforgettable with her warm smile and attention to detail. She was exceptionally kind and made sure everything was perfect. Our meals were also delicious and carefully prepared.

We visited the property as a family at 8am on a Sunday before leaving for Toronto, and we had a great time. A big thank you to Thalie and the whole team for this great experience!

We've been there several times and we're often disappointed. This morning They no longer have mashed potatoes or multigrain bread. My fruit bowl had plenty of cantaloupe and 4 slices of strawberry. Asked for household bread and received regular bread. After asking for more bread, they brought me a single burnt slice. Asked for a second toast that wasn't burnt and received almost uncooked bread. The poor waitress does her best by offering something else in compensation. Another time we came, it was my son-in-law who suffered. Benedictine with hard-boiled egg. Received the runny eggs when the whole table had finished eating. I don't understand what's wrong. The restaurant is empty. We gave several chances. We're definitely not coming back.

My husband and I went for Breakfast this morning. The restaurant was not busy …. We waited 15 minutes before our waiter came to our table and then we waited another 30 minutes for our food and coffee. We didn’t have utensils or napkins on the table and had to wait to get them after our food was served.

Our waiter never came back to our table to offer more coffee or see if we wanted anything else.

The restaurant was dirty … floor was disgusting and the empty tables were piled with old plates and food from previous customers.

Not sure if we will go back.

A shame because the food was good.

Place with potential, however the staff cannot manage more than one table at a time. Employees need structure. WORST restaurant lunch experience. The restaurant was empty and the 2 servers were unable to serve us. I imagine the owner wants his restaurant to close....

Went for breakfast with my family of five. Took over 30 minutes before our order was actually taken, and our waiter only had two other tables in the whole restaurant. While the waiter was polite, the delays and lack of preparation was irritating. There was no cutlery, napkins or milk at the table, we ended up getting them from a neighbouring table ourselves. The food was good, not great. For the price, unlikely to go back

Today, August 23, we went for lunch, but the restaurant smelled very bad, probably following the floods, the warped floor which was peeling off everywhere showed lots of mold and what can we say about the bathroom, unbearable smell impossible to stay for lunch , as we had a 4 month old baby we were afraid that she would be sick ? we crossed to the coco frutti on the other side of the street no regrets it was excellent.

*NOT RECOMMENDED* My husband and i went to l'oeufrier on a sunday at 12:30. Half of the tables were unoccupied yet dirty dishes were left on all of them. Took waitress 15mins to come see us for our drinks and took an extra 45mins to get our food. My husband had ordered the omelette "kevin as besoins de ses proteines" which was missing most of the sides and cheese was still cold on the inside (unmelted). My plate was also cold. The people sitting next to us had also been waiting about an hour for their food. Floors were dirty and staff seemed to be hiding in the kitchen. Verry disapointing experience will not be comming back.

DISAPPOINTED!

I recently visited l'Oeufrier for breakfast with my wife, and it was quite disappointing. The restaurant was unclean upon arrival, with food on the floor and dirty tables. We waited 10 minutes to be seated, as the staff were busy but not effectively managing the mess.

I ordered a meat omelet that was undercooked, with unmelted cheese. The dish also came with cold potatoes, and no fruit as advertised on the menu, only one piece of toast. Overall, the meal was not pleasant and lacked proper cooking.After driving 40 minutes for this breakfast, the experience was far from worth it. The food lacked quality and care, and the pricing seemed excessive for what we received. Overall, it was a letdown and I would not recommend this place.

Food was very mediocre compared to every other breakfast place. Staff was terrible. Bad service and the waiter we had seemed like he didn't know at all what he was doing.

The restaurant wasn't even busy and they were super disorganized. Washrooms were also filthy and smelt bad

What can I say.....worst lunch restaurant I've been to....not clean... VERY dirty floor, chairs all rusty and dirty too, toilet with unpleasant smell.... conclusion we didn't leave without eating! ! Should be closed to do some cleaning!!!!

Not sure what happened today :( L’Oeufrier is the go to place, I’m never disappointed but today was different…. Pancakes were dry, bacon had a really weird taste … Eggs Benedict were not served as usual …
The waitress was wonderful, she was super sweet! Just a little disappointed with the food ! Hopefully it was just a bad day, I have hope ❤️‍?

Always a pleasure to eat at l'oeufrier, especially if you want a breakfast poutine, it is simply excellent! The portions are generous and the dishes are tasty. Big thanks to Angelie, great waitress with great service!
