This is by far the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in Montreal. The service is incredibly fast too! I placed my order at the kiosk, and before I even reached the counter, the staff was already calling out my order number. That’s impressive! Keep it up Mcdonald’s!

I go to the first window, pay for my order. Asian guy was nice.
I go to the third window, get my drinks and say thank you, no reply. Afterwards she hands me the food and I and say thank you, no reply. Anti-social weirdo girl doesn't say a word and just closes the window, lmao. Maybe this job isn't for you.
The only reason I'm not giving 1 star is because of the guy at the first window.
Food was so-so, egg was slightly under cooked in some spots. Ice coffee was a little bitter. I know I can't ask for much since this is a McDonalds afterall.

Love this MCDs. It is usually a quiet(er) venue than most other McDonalds. Big open booths. Very clean. Friendly staff. This is a choice McDonalds for me

Worst mcdo I’ve been to. Every time I come here they mess up my order and take forever to give it me. The first time, they left my bags on the counter and didn’t say anything, we went over to ask if it was ready (after 10min of it sitting there), they said yes but when we checked half our food was missing, and obviously the food they had given us was cold. The second time, I went through the drive through and ordered an ice cream from their menu. The girl at the window handed me the wrong one and acted like I was stupidly when I tried explaining which one I wanted, I showed her a picture directly from the website and she still couldn’t figure it out. After a couple minutes and a long line forming behind me, I say forget it, she asks me if I still want ice cream (I mean I paid for it so yeah, I do), I thought they’d make a new one but she hands me back the same one I handed her that was completely melted and disgusting at that point. Third (and final) time, they erased my order to try and trick their system into thinking they’re serving people fast, but then they completely forgot about it. Saw me standing there for 30min and never checked up on me. My food was just sitting there. I had gotten a fry, a small wrap, and a pie. It shouldn’t take 30min for that and no apologies or reimbursements either. I’m disgusted by the service at this place and will definitely never be coming back. And for context, I used to work at a McDonald’s in the area and I know from experience that there is no excuse for any of these incidents

The map says they closed at 11pm . I went to the store at 10:15pm and they said we are closed . Not following the schedule displayed on the site . Irresponsible and bad staff . Highly disappointed by the service .

Care disgusting they give me a wrong order two times they give me a wrong coffee and when I give them back to correct they put the sugar in the coffee and bring it back to me. Really disgusting specially the front big lady in the front.
They only serve the drive thru. If you order inside, it will take you 15mins and we only ordered iced coffee and hot fudge ice cream.
