I would like to give a big shout out to manager Eric and his team for preparing a large catering order for my daughter’s sweet 16 party. The food was warm, fresh, well prepared and packaged. It was a hit with the 40 teenagers at the party ?! Thank you so much Eric! It took so much stress off my plate!

At the drive-thru, I was addressed in English. I ordered in French. The employee told me, still in English, that he didn't understand. He took me to the first window where I tried, once again, to order in French. The employee still didn't understand. I asked to speak to someone who spoke French. The employee went to find someone else who didn’t speak a single French word either! He asked me to go to the first window where I spoke to a 3rd employee who was still speaking to me in English. Seeing the distress in his eyes, I finally ordered by showing him images on my cell phone.

Ubderstaffed. Coffee beans were not changed between pots. Only 1 pickle per burger standard. Cheap owners for sure. Probably fix it. Years of bad quality and service. Too bad its the only thing open past 10.
