I asked for a cup of water and the employee stated that she would charge me 3$ and change just for the cup so I asked to speak to the manager. He was extremely rude, disrespectful and confrontational. He argued and stated that he didn’t care what my elderly Mother had to say and he would not change his mind. He then accused my 70 year old mother of harassment and attempted to video tape her. He proceeded to tell us that if we don’t like it we shouldn’t order from there and that we should not be cheap and order a drink next time. He refused to disclose his managers name or contact number and told my mother to go ask google. Worst experience I ever had in a restaurant, I will never spend another dime there.

I ordered take out. The onion rings were cold, super crispy though. Poutine was cold; the cheese curds were good but the fries tasted old and dry. The snack wrap was good, and the extra gravy I got was somewhat warm, but it should’ve been hot!

Placed an online order before heading to the restaurant, which is about a 15-minute drive. When we arrived, the order wasn’t ready—in fact, staff hadn’t even seen it yet. It ended up taking nearly 45 minutes for the food to be prepared.
There was no communication or apology from the staff about the delay. To make matters worse, the cook left partway through preparing our order and didn’t do a handoff, which caused even more confusion and added to the wait time.
The only positive was that the food was hot when we finally received it. Unfortunately, the overall experience was frustrating due to the slow service and lack of communication.

I waited 25 minutes then Asked how long long till my order and it turns out they never even started it. Every thing I ordered took 5 minutes or less to cook. The fact no one told me about the super long wait is insane. If food is not ready when someone orders it you ask them if they want to wait

Ordered a 12 piece family barrel, and it was alright, but the main problem is the difference in sizes for the pieces. 5/12 of the pieces were VERY small, and of course they were at the bottom of the barrel so that we couldn't see them. But it is true that the food this time was better than what i had here, but still, the quality is extremely inconsistent. The picture shows the difference in size. The 2 small ones at the bottom are easily 2 to 3 times smaller than the others. ( And there were 5 of these). So please if you still go here, look at everything, and every pieces individually and confront them. All the pieces SHOULD be the same or similar, unless there is claimed weight when we buy the food (which wasn't showing anywhere, so we can just assume they are being scummy).

WOW. WOW.WOW. WONDERFUL EMPLOYEES!!!, for the fact that they are paid minimum wage , they are working extraordinarily. Food was DELICIOUS ?? , I ate a chicken combo and oh man , was that a tasty meal. 1000% recommended to all KFC lovers and food lovers. THIS IS THE BEST IN TOWN BABY!!!
