We just spent $50 on food we couldn’t even finish because of how bad it was. We ordered a Deluxe Famous Chicken Sandwich and a Big Crunch Sandwich, and both were extremely disappointing.. cold, stale, and tasting old. Eating out is a luxury these days, and instead of enjoying our meal, we felt completely scammed by this store. We’re currently waiting to see if a refund will be issued, but if not, this will be the last time we order from here.
Do better, guys. Cmon.

I was really disappointed i order a very large meal tonight almost 80.00 worth to watch to cashiers chit chat about hair extensions instead of serving customers and kept looking at my husband and myself . While my ordered was prepped and sitting on the counter and cold . Very discouraged. How do you make ut right ? I have tried multiple times Thursday night Aug 14 in vaudreuil dorion after 7pm. How do you make it right

I went to the kfc on harwood, around 18h today (saterday Aug16) the 2 cassies where supper nice and answer all my questions, there was a little wait but the food was hot and delicious so i dont mind. Very clean Restaurant and cleanest bathrooms i've seen in any fast food place. I got a deluxe Chicken burger on sunday august 17, i asked for thier names, Harman was so nice at the cash, and Abia work quick and made my order with a smile the hole time. When i satdown to eat i say the girl from yesterday Jessica, and even though she was on break she was kind and chatted with me. They all had lovely smiles and made the place feel welcoming. I recommend everyone to go especially on the weekends.

I went to KFC on Saturday around 7pm and I was served by the loveliest cashier Jessica. She was attentive, and Jessica's customer service is A1 , out of all the KFC's I have been to, this one is by far the best and the service I received from Jessica was great. Definitely 5 stars for service!
I was a big fan until recently, the cut the spices by at least half. Doesn't taste anything anymore. The colonel secret spices are no longer enjoyable, they're absent. Tried it twice over a month to confirm. Very disappointing, I'd rather pay a dollar more and get that taste back.

I have order online tonight for the suffer online to pick up. I call the store to make it assorted of 2 originals and 8 pieces of Spicy Crispy and all thigh parts , a lady who pick a call can’t understand simple instructions while I was talking on the phone I heard another lady who was talking that my order was ready to pick up I just place my order by that time so for me it is impossible to finish the order as I was communicating to tell that we want the assorted with ONLY thigh parts. I get to the restaurant a guy who was in cash NO GREETINGS just standing , I was the one who goes to him and ask him can I pick my order my name is Pauline so I go on the side with my daughter waiting to call my name. So after they call my name I get the bag and headed to the car and go home. I live in the area of Dorval , we open the bag and what I got is a not assorted with the parts that we wanted , 2 CHICKEN IS DRUM STICK/ 1 WINGS , 1 chicken SPICY CRISPY WAS NO SKIN and very dry AND IT IS PLACE ON THE BOTTOM , 1 CHICKEN original NO SKIN & VERY DRY.
I was never treated like this before every time I call and request to PFK Vaudreuil we request the same thing and we were served nice and correctly . I would like to call the attention of the Store Manager or who ever is in charge of this to please take care of your customer as we are a regular customer and as we pay you correctly. We were from area of Dorval who drives all the way there just to have a PFK I hope you guys understand my feelings of frustration right now. Please double check the in charge manager who answer the telephone around 9:04 PM.
