Ordered a large quebecois pizza and what we got was an absolute joke. Barely any cheese, toppings looked like they scraped the leftovers from someone else’s plate and threw it on. It was dry, cold, and completely inedible.
We called to ask for a replacement and they straight up hung up on us. No apology, no refund, nothing. The customer service is as bad as their pizza – rude and unprofessional.
Don’t waste your money here.

Don't speak French and barely speak English. It was 9 Celsius in the restaurant and the heat was off! Typical Pizza Hot pizza as expected. No recommendation!

we placed an order for veggie pizza because we don’t eat meat but we found meat in the pizza, went back to show them and instead accepting their mistake manager told me that its just a small piece of meat. we can make mistake totally normal but not accepting that is not acceptable. manager made us feel like that i am the one who is at fault really bad experience,

I ordered a medium veggie and the second for 5$ for two toppings. Talk about cheap. The mushroom were sooooooo thinly sliced and hardly there and when baked were burnt. The veggies hardly had veggies. The dough was doughy. Not well cooked. Not going back again. Big disappointment.

I wanted to go eat in the dining room with my sweetheart, and this is not the place to do it. There were no regular utensils, so they gave me disposable utensils. Difficult to cut pizza with that... For picking, it's ok, but no more...

Ordered at 06:20pm online, i received a confirmation that delivered will be between 06:45 to 06:55 called the service at 07:15 pm the lady says delivery should be there within 10 minutes if not to call back. 20 MN later i called back and they transferred me to vaudreuil location,it rang and hang up on me the first time. I called again finally someone answers and says the driver is leaving now which is 7:55 pm . As i was on the phone with him , be totally ignores and speaks to his coworkers. I was not happy so i said "hello" then he says ya. I said to him listen my kids are hungry, so i said to him listen it has been 1hour and 40 minutes, am i to receive my pizza? Again he ignores and.says hello to someone else, which really did not sit well with me as i am on the phone with him but yet he is greeting someone else and talking to them? He responds to me and says my manager just came back from maternity is it wrong to have human emotions!!! I told him no it's not but you shouldn't be doing that while i am speaking to you on the phone which is the 2nd time you ignore me and speak to somone else, that is pure disrespectful. He kept on arguing with me that it's not his fault ,that he has human emotions. I told him it's totally fine to have human emotions but it's how you are handling this by ignoring me that is wrong. told him you are extremely rude and told him to cancel my order. He kept on saying he is not wrong...pure disrespect and not owning up. .Never again Pizza hut!

What a disaster!!! worst pizza hut of my life first of all the place to avoid at all costs dirty very dirty the guy who makes you the pizza opens the cash register with his gloves washes the tables with the same gloves and blows his nose with them, the pizza hut which does not have one, the homemade sauce tampered with by the owner is not pizza hut sauce, the two-color cheese is not normal, and the pizza is not even cooked, what a horror Shut that up, the Vaudreuil cleanliness inspector should come by and give them one of his fines. At the entrance I said that what I'm doing there I should have left, what a shame!!!! I just went to the toilet 2 times............
