Very very cheap on the toppings. I ordered the XXL pizza with 3 toppings and basically got a cheese pizza with hardly anything on it.

One of worst pizza, we clearly told them to keep easy on sauce and thin crust and well done, pizza was full with sauce a, piza was made on thick crust and not well done.

Absolutely believe the abundance of negative reviews. I was visiting family over the holidays in Vaudreuil. We decide to get Pizza Pizza, which we don’t normally get because of the abundance of high quality local restaurants. Unfortunately, lots of restaurants were closed. My aunt ordered and expressly tells them that I have a food allergy. We pay extra for gluten free I.e. cannot see switch by eye. We get home and they charged us, but did not accommodate the request as I spent the entire evening on the toilet. Shame on you.

Hello guys I am a delivery driver and regular customer I just wanna let you know that the old lady is so aggressive with us And don't know how speak to the customer and yesterday she go beyond my imagination I didn't expect the behaviour like this to the customer not coming again poor service

The lady working inside she drop the bread and made sandwich that bread. Which is unhealthy and unprofessional. This is not worth to pay money for unhygienic food.

Do not EVER go here. We are vegetarian and ordered the plant-based chicken burger. It came as a meat burger. When I contacted customer service they gave me a $5 credit after they had me send a picture to confirm it was a meatburger. (The burgers $9 but they were only going to credit me $5 which I was fine with )When I got to the store now the woman said it was not a meat burger. It was a veggie burger. She called me a liar. I was placing a $70 order! And she didn't want to give me the $5 credit. She also told me that I had been refunded. When I pulled up the email to show that the customer service said to show this email and it would be applied by my phone number. She then went on to say that was a lie too! I will never ever ever go back to the store ever again. Horrible, embarrassing terrible treatment.

Ordered pizza, calzone, fries and veggie chicken burger. The burger wasn't dressed and wasn't veggie. When we called, they said they would give us $5.00 off next order ( of a burger that is over $8.00) and get this, when we went back to get another order, (about the same as last time), the lady said she is not giving us a discount and remembers she made the burger and it was veggie (which was last week) and said she just wants honesty ( so basically calling us liars). If the head office reads this, don't bother with your coupons or whatever we will never buy from your restaurant chain again. I should have checked the ratings, a crappy 3.3 at the time of this writing. Won't cry if you lose any business!
Ordered cheese 1 and 1 bacon and peperoni thin crust, worst pizza I have ever eaten they were burnt, tasteless, I don't think it was bacon maybe bacon salt. The wings and fries probably came from a microwave dinner, terrible. The poutine looked like a slice of cheese was laying on the fries and melted by the gravy. Worst takeout I have ever seen and I'm 65 yes old. I won't be back.
