We had very disappointing experience with the staff.The service was below expectation and the staff was unprofessional as well as the service was very slow i can not recommend this venue and suggest anyone to organize their event here.

We had a very terrible experience, we had our jaggo night there. The food was really bad and not fresh at all. Very disappointed with the quality and overall experience.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with the management for my recent party. The service was far below expectations—staff were unresponsive, disorganized, and failed to deliver on promised amenities. The venue was not properly prepared, and several issues, like sitting arrangements, unclean tables, delayed food service, disrupted the event. Communication with management was unhelpful, and no effort was made to address our concerns. I cannot recommend this venue and suggest others look elsewhere for a reliable event space.

We planned for our wedding event at this place, all my life I had never experienced such a worse service…
Food was served late, many food items were missing which we requested… we had to ask the owner repeatedly to bring the missing item
Not enough staff to do refills, some of our guests just left without having a meal due to the taste.. snacks were fine but main course was worse..
No soft drinks were served.. only after we had argument with the owner we got some soft drinks..
AVOID THIS PLACE..

As soon as you walk in the door, you're immediately in the hall. Carpets are extremely outdated and kills the look of the hall. The Indian food was great however service was poor.

Went for an office party at Ressco's. The decor was very nice. It was a buffet. The buffet started later than stated. The food was cold to lukewarm. The soup was very good. There weren't many options. There was only one barman for almost 200 people and certain bar items ran out before the event was halfway over.

Had a work party there recently. The atmosphere was nice. The service was okay although not extremely professional. A small child (of one of the owners?) ran out into the hall in the middle of a work party. Not cool! They ran out of diet Pepsi and Heineken at around 9 pm or before. The party had started around 7 and finished well after midnight although we left before midnight, so no clue when it ended yet they were missing drinks early on. The food was lukewarm and served late, at 10 ish, but that could be because it was requested by my workplace. There were only 5 choices for a supper buffet, 2 of which were rice, along with a mixed green salad and a carrot soup. The dressing to go with the salad tasted like Kraft Italian dressing but it was in a bowl, so no clue. The carrot soup was amazing and the naan was very good. Of the 3 dessert choices, one thing in a mini bowl was a jelly like thing and not very appetizing. Apparently at midnight they had cold hamburgers but I had left already. All in all I think if they can improve certain things it might be worth trying again but I'm not sure my workplace will choose to go back because I don't think too many people were happy with the food.

Atmosphere and the food are amazing along with nice staff. I recommend anyone to have your event or eat as a family!
