The board of directors of the Leduc Families Association of America meets twice a year at this location and is always very satisfied.

Food at Pacini is great as always. While it can be a bit pricey, it’s undeniably delicious, especially the truffle dishes. I also loved the all-you-can-eat bread bar and the pesto butter, which is always a highlight. I appreciate that they have vegan and vegetarian options as well, along with a great selection of drinks.

The restaurant itself is very nice, and we were seated quickly, as it wasn’t busy when we arrived.

However, the service needs improvement. Our server, Alexandre (if I recall correctly), seemed quite untrained. We went on a Friday around 5:30 pm, aiming to avoid the dinner rush, which we did since the restaurant was almost empty. Despite being friendly, our server lacked customer service experience. It took an hour and a half to receive our main course, and he didn’t check in with us or acknowledge the delay. My 2 ½-year-old was getting antsy, and when I flagged him down to ask about our order, he assured us it’d be out in 5 minutes but took another 20. Meanwhile, other tables that arrived later received their meals. Then, when we requested the dessert menu, he dropped it off but didn’t return to take our order until we flagged him down again, even though he was checking in on nearby tables.

Overall, the food and ambiance are great, but service was disappointing. Hopefully, Pacini can provide better training for their staff to enhance the experience.

Worst experience since the opening of Pacini in Vaudreuil-Dorion.. The service is slow and without a smile, the kitchen served us in 90 minutes even though the restaurant is almost empty and the food was not well prepared... That don't take a BACC to cook pasta viarge! The change of ownership is apparent, and the benches need to be replaced because they are torn. Seriously disappointing...

Quality of dishes to decrease. Visited on a Wednesday and the restaurant was at 10% capacity tops. Long service probably due to a lack of staff. Owners should be concerned about the situation.

My experience with this restaurant is extremely negative. I made a reservation for 7:30 p.m. My family and I arrived 30 minutes late. We were refused service on the pretext that we were late, even though the restaurant was half empty. We were told that the kitchen was already closed, even though it was only 8:00 p.m., and that according to the timetable the restaurant was open until 10:00 p.m. There was no apology. They just kicked us out. The behavior is extremely unprofessional.

Place not very clean… everything needs to be cleaned even the toilets smell not very very good sticky floor and a lot of paper on the floor..
For service 0/5, 1 server for the tables very long before having our meal
Cuisine: the dishes are dry and we don't talk about the taste..

The food is subpar, very bland, overcooked pasta and pizza crusts, cold

Staff is friendly, but they made several mistakes that lead to a 2 hour wait for food and empty water glasses

The toast bar saved us

Terrible food and service, but to be fair, the waitress had a busy night. Stay away.

I recently had a truly disappointing experience at this restaurant, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts.

When I first arrived, I was taken aback by the distressing scene unfolding as I waited to be seated. The owner or manager was loudly yelling, threatening, and cursing at the staff. This display of disrespect was a glaring red flag that I unfortunately ignored.

On a positive note, I was greeted warmly by the hostess, a young lady whose name escapes me. Her politeness was the only redeeming aspect of the initial service.

Despite the restaurant not being very busy, the overall service was severely impacted by the chaotic environment. Our server, Aisha (I believe), worked hard to make our dining experience pleasant, but the disorder in the restaurant made it difficult for her to deliver good service. Tables were left dirty for extended periods, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized.

The long wait for food was exacerbated by its poor quality upon arrival. The plate was scalding hot, and the food was dry, suggesting it had been sitting around for far too long. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was informed that there was no manager at this branch. It turns out that the owner was responsible for the disarray and mistreatment of the staff, which clarified why the restaurant was in such disarray.

Although the food, despite being dry, was flavorful—likely due to adherence to franchise recipes—the overall experience was deeply unsatisfactory. The chaotic atmosphere and evident lack of management or competent oversight were major downers.

From what I’ve read in other reviews, it seems the owner's presence does more harm than good. For the sake of the staff and the dining experience, it might be better if he stepped back and hired a capable manager to run the restaurant.

The food was good except for the two Brazilian coffees which arrived lukewarm...We probably didn't have a good Friday evening. Some young people at the bar drinking but especially vaping inside...A waitress who gives them whipped cream so they can have fun with it. One of them had a face full of it. Goofy in the cellar to choose a wine with the two doors wide open. In short...no manager on site!

Unfortunately, the experience was more than unpleasant. Very slow service, only 2 for the dining room and bar. Meals, warm and dry pasta. Friendly staff but overwhelmed!!! Bravo to the owner, franchisee who was obviously not on site for his team.

The pizzas are now round (smaller than before) and there is only gluten-free dough! This dough is not very good. That's pretty much too expensive, $90 for 3 pizzas. Last time, good evening, thank you very much.
