Pacini Vaudreuil - Disappointing Experience
My recent visit to Pacini Vaudreuil was, unfortunately, quite disappointing. While I've heard mixed things, I wanted to try it for myself, but I won't be returning.
First off, the table was sticky. It's a basic expectation that a restaurant table should be clean, and this immediately set a negative tone.
The service was also incredibly slow. We waited an hour and 20 minutes for our food to arrive, and when it finally did, it was lukewarm at best and got cold within 5 minutes. Cold pasta is never a good experience, and it suggests that the food had been sitting out for a while.
Overall, the combination of a sticky table and cold, slow service made for a very unpleasant meal. I hope this was just an off night, but I can't recommend Pacini Vaudreuil based on this experience.
At least the drunken table of girls seemed to have fun when the speakers blasted a birthday tune.

Karine is a great server/ bartender. She was working alone and always check back to see if I needed anything. Food was good....
We had the best carbonara and seafood linguini ever! They even accommodated my request to switch napoletana sauce for fettuccini.
Like most others restaurants, it's getting pricey to eat anywhere. Food ok for the price.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pacini Vaudreuil-Dorion and I was extremely impressed with the service. Our server was incredibly nice and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed and offering great recommendations. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great Italian dining experience.
