I appreciate that the restaurant is never full. The atmosphere is good and the prices are not too bad.
However, they have a real issue with the food; variable portions, tasteless coffee, some ingredients are not fresh, orders are often wrong.
Unfortunately, we stopped going because of that.

Our meals were terrible , the salmon tartar did not smell good, our meat lovers pizza was a joke ,nothing on it, overpriced and had zero taste, There was NO MEAT, Our Server Nick was great saved a dismal outing , BUT overall NOT happy

Had a great time at Pacini’s on Saturday with my family . The food was good and the kids were happy !
It was very busy, and we waited some time for our server to come( he never did ). Liam, a waiter from a completely different section realized we had been waiting for a while and came to see us and waited our table instead.
He was great ! Attentive and friendly.

Thanks Liam, your empathy and awareness was really appreciated by all of us !

Came here on August 20 2025.
Waited 1 hour to receive our food
Asked for more water and it never came
Food arrived with half the table receiving their food while the other half waited 10 minutes
Pasta was recommended by server and was way too oily
I will not return to this restaurant or any other pacini restaurant.

So I went on Sunday 8/10 to celebrate my twins birthday. My son ordered the Duettos, pizza and Linguine Alfredo, waitresses asked if we want to add chicken or shrimps. He decided to have shrimps linguine Alfredo.

They brought the linguine without the shrimps.
He waited 15 minutes for the shrimps because they forgot and they just dropped into the table. You don’t want to know the story after… asking me if everything is ok??? Really, they were expecting I cooked the shrimp too I guess !

Food was great, service was terrible and the restaurant seemed to be in disarray. There were tables all over that were not cleared away. We sat on the terrace near a group of 4 women who were as displeased as we were.

We went my wife and I for my birthday, To start the server apron was dirty,the roll up were dirty hair on them so we asked to change them thinking the next roll ups would be OK but guess what the utensils were filthy still food particles on them,At this point our experience is starting to get frustrating, My oder a bloody mary ,,,, horrible the server went by eye how to make she totally failed,not her fault lack of training meaning the manager and or the ownership group doesn't care or have no idea what the hospitality industry is,We ordered an appetizer seem was just thrown on the board 2 slices of prosciutto and 2 slices of prosciutto cotton at least 15 scles of calabrese sausage arugula dry as the Sahara, We waiting for our mains they comp the bloody mary and made another one following the recipe of the restaurant it was OK,Finally our main arrive my ordered carbonara instead malfaldini,,,she changed for spaghetti I'm a chef worked in high end restaurants ,my had to add cold water to her dish to make more creamy instead of clump thechef prepared,We asked the server to at least bring some kind of sauce to make it eatable,we'll to our dismay the came 5 minutes later,By the way carbonara doesn't have cream sauce the sauce is created with egg yolk,we did receive an egg yolk but wasn't enough for the quantity of pasta we had,The server was constantly apologizing for the restaurant mistake not hers,We paid our bill tipped the server18%and explained our evening she started to cry how bad she felt on our experience,,,, i told it's not your but the restaurant management and ownership, The front of the house has no clue what they are doing the back of the even worst short order cook at there best i use the term loosely, My wife and will never step foot in that house of horrors you call a restaurant My advice fix the problems or if you cannot then maybe by a farm and raise cattle chickens your in the wrong business,

Service is super slow. Dont go if youre in a rush. We were 2h late to a meeting. Dinner took 3h.

Definitely go for a first date to guilt trip your date into warming up to you.

We had a good time coming to Pacini, it was my first time here. Definitely loved the bread section where you can toast your own bread with garlic butter, pesto butter, normal butter or tomato butter. The drinks were not that fascinating but we will most probably come here again. Thanks!

Omg!!! Such a fun experience me and my girlfriend went for our anniversary and this beautiful young girl named Laure was amazingly sweet and always helpful especially when she hid the ring in the soufflé. Now I guess I can call her my fiancé and Laure is for sure invited to our wedding. Love,

We had Laure as our waitress and she was incredible!! She was very polite and very helpful with the menu and what to get! she recommended the best wine i’ve had and i will be purchasing it later! Thank you Laure and thank you Pacinis!!
