We had a great evening. The music is at a perfect volume level for chatting. The atmosphere is superb. Delicious food and what can I say about the impeccable service.

Our waitress, Jade, was very cheerful and friendly. Impeccable service. Very good service. And the salmon tartare and flank steak were excellent.

I asked my waitress Mélanie for a surprise between two courses, she was very smiling and pleasant. Very good service and excellent pizza!

First time at this restaurant, excellent and varied menu, beautiful plate presentation and the food was very good. The waitresses are fast and efficient and very pretty too. Great family experience then I would return anytime.

Had the lobster and shrimp fettuccine and it was outstanding! The pasta had a rich sauce and was cooked to perfection. Noodles were al dente and the flavour was immaculate! Excellent customer service from the lady who served us 🙂

Très bon restaurant qui livre la marchandise à chacune de nos visites à tous les niveaux. Bon service, bonne ambiance et surtout bonne cuisine. Mon filet mignon était parfait dans une assiette bien équilibré. Même commentaire pour la bavette et les entrées de carpaccio et sashimi de thon. Nous allons continuer a les visiter avec plaisir

We had reserved a table for 10 people several weeks ago to celebrate a surprise family birthday. When booking, we were not asked any questions regarding the presence of children. Upon arrival we were placed in the bar section, a choice we never asked for.

The worst part of all this? We couldn't even stay at this table, because children were not allowed in the bar section! The hostess, who seemed to remember our reservation, insisted that it was us who had requested this arrangement, which is completely false.

No solution was offered to us, and the attitude of the hostess was frankly unpleasant. Because of this poor management, we had to, one Saturday evening at 6 p.m., leave in a hurry to find another restaurant. Not only did this ruin part of the evening, but it also completely ruined the surprise effect of the birthday party.

I strongly advise against this establishment for any group reservation. The lack of communication and professionalism is blatant.

First time, last night, very lovely atmosphere food was very good, and service excellent!
My only complaint is I felt sorry for the waitresses wearing those ugly short skirts, to whom on some I cud feel they were not comfortable , pulling them down and no leotards, on these cold days of winter.. dress code shud be optimized, pants in the winter months is perfectly fine!
This said I will go back someday and maybe changes to dress code will be seen!

À chaque visite nous avons une expérience différente. La première fois le service était terrible; la serveuse était bête comme ses deux pieds. Puis après, nous nous sommes fait dire de quitter puisque nous parlions trop longtemps à la table. En général, je trouve que Zibo est un peu overated; le prix des assiettes est trop cher pour ce que c'est de base.
