The best double espresso ☕️
The manager is very rude and cold, the drive-thru is always closed for no reason and the drinks are always half-mixed, there's clumps in my matcha every single time... Either pay your employees more or reduce the price of the drinks or something, this is the worst. Also the paying machine barely works and you have to try different cards for it to take your payment.
Not sure what is the problem is with this Starbucks but almost every time i go there they don’t have whats on the menu or they screw-up my order.
Order on the app, I'm told it will be ready in 15 minutes... Wait 35 minutes for a coffee... is that normal? I love Starbucks products but not so much that I wait that long.

My wife got a gift card for her birthday. We decided to spend it on dinner. I had an egg sandwich with bacon and gouda. My wife had turkey focaccia, provolone and pesto.....and two hot chocolates. I have rarely eaten such a disgusting egg sandwich! It's an egg omelet with no seasoning and it's tiny. My wife didn't like her sandwich and I had to finish it. It was average. The hot chocolates tasted nothing. We were told the wait would be 25 minutes. We waited 5 minutes. No need to ask me if I would go back.... No. For $29, I eat much better at Première Moisson!

The drive-thru service lacks proper customer service training and sadly common sense. We were waiting to order at the drive-thru, no response, we waited for few minutes and nothing. We saw cars were lining up behind us, so we decided to drive to the "pickup/pay counter" to order our drinks. After making our drinks, one employee came to scold us, told us this: "next time go drive around the store and come back to the drive-thru to get our attention, don't order at the counter, cause we're busy". So they prefer that the clients waste their time, gas and lose their spot in the line instead of taking few seconds to say "hey, we're a bit busy, but please wait to order" at the intercom.
Very bad experience this morning and it is not the first time.
It is bad when you order using the app, and have to wait 10 minutes before anyone ask you if they can help. No one acknowledged any long term presence waiting at the counter.
It is bad when you ask the barrista something and she answers : What?
It is bad when they can’t find my order.
I am not blaming the employees who were working very hard to service the drive through, but where is the priority of the people ordering for a pickup?

After 20 min I asked for my drinks and the customer service team were asking what is my drink as they don’t have the stickers for my drinks
And again they kept asking
After a while ( 4 customers) served before me and I was ahead of them

At reception they ask me what I want. I tell him and he tells me he has nothing left. I finally ask him what they have left, he laughs at me and tells me what he has left. I won't come back again. Bad service from this young man, very rude!
