Horrific customer service, cashier tried charging me for two sandwiches when I only purchased one her reason being I added extra meat on one of the sandwiches when i pointed out that the extra meat charge which was written on the poster above her head is only two dollar and 50 cents, She argued that she was not gonna give me the sandwich until I paid for it, She called her coworker, and they both argued with me, insisting that I pay for what the cashier is saying, despite the fact I only ordered one sandwich. It wasn’t until other customers came in and i asked again that they charge me for the one sandwich I ordered did they finally charge me correctly. Absolutely heinous behavior. I’m appalled that this is the service customers are receiving,

Piage is really working well and make subway very fast
But last time have very bad experience but piage proves me wrong

Managers are really Rude. Employee mistakenly charged me for 2 sandwiches and told me only managers can refund me back.
I came second time today to get my refund but Kelly was so rude to me.
Your employees should get proper training how to deal with customers politely.

impossible to be served in French. Difficult in English too. We had to repeat our choices several times. Although the man up front didn't speak French at all and wasn't making the effort to try, management should never have put him up front alone.

I was getting out of my car all I smelt was weed and saw the 2 managers smoking weed on the job so I haven’t been back there since it’s smells gross ?

Horrible service. The woman serving at the front is aggressive with her approach with patience. Also she did not know what are the ingredients that are necessary for a chosen Sub and was asking me to read it ove rthe menu for her to add. Definitely not going back.

I come here every once in a while but yesterday, Easter Monday around 8pm, i went in and i was super impressed. The employee working was soooo nice and made the best sandwich I’ve probable ever gotten from subway. Very happy with her service!

I finished February 28th, and person seemed annoyed that I came in with my son. Not smiling, doesn't say hello but I continued to remain friendly as I know it's hard being a service worker. Then he packed my sandwiches rather loosely which I didn't mind as I was close to home. I paid and took the bag and was leaving, the bag broke and sandwiches.He didn't ask if everything was ok or offer another bag. I asked for another bag and he didn't even help me repack but same thing happened, handle broke.Once home because of the fall and being wrapped incorrectly everything was coming apart.I will never go there again. I rather go to the further location. You don't have to have a conversation but be polite and helpful. Also make the sandwiches properly because I am paying.

Never been in a subway so cheap when it comes to food, everything is calculated to the nearest measure and when I say measure I'm not even sure if it's really Subway's policy to put so little. Arrived around 8 p.m., the restaurant closes at 9 p.m. and I can't even sit in the restaurant on the pretext that it has just been cleaned. I don't recommend it at all, the manager laughs at us with his cheapskate policies.

Very Disappointing, their operating hours said it closes at 9pm on a Sunday, the employee told me that it was super dead and the manager said to close the store early. Great customer service !

Beautiful restaurant. Very very clean, staff is very Nice and smiley and food is delicious! One of the best subways ive been at, if not the best :)

If I could give zero stars, I would. It was a unfriendly environment. My sub had more sauce then any thing else. It was difficult to attempt to eat drowning is sauce.

Came in to get a chicken sandwich, the worker that was on brake grabbed 2-3 pieces cut it up and fed it to her dog in the car right in front of the subway, somehow appetite was gone just left.
