I order a 12 inch turkey. Welcome to Quebec, firstly we are not able to serve me in French 15 minutes from Valleyfield and secondly, nor in English. I ask the two incompetent people in front of me if I can have an extra thin slice of turkey in my sandwich, they speak to each other in a dialect and don't let me know anything. Once I had to pay, I was given $4.88 in extra turkey without ever telling me about it. Ridiculous, toilet not clean too.

Punjabi or English required. Yet another place in Vaudreuil where you can no longer be served in French. How can Subway put someone who doesn't speak the majority language behind the counter to serve customers??? Not a word calick...it's pathetic, it's frustrating and it's unacceptable.

I rarely write reviews but feel compelled to rate this location because the experience was terrible from beginning to end. The employees did not make any effort whatsoever to offer service in French, and did not even know basic numbers 1-20 to understand which sandwich we were trying to order. Somehow the bread was stale and they were out of olives. They charged us for 3 subs when we only ordered 2, and proceeded to try to refund us the pre-tax amount for the sandwich we didn’t get. Please do better. It is possible with bare minimum effort.

Would be nice to be able to be served. Quite simply. The staff neither speak French nor English (only English would have been unacceptable given that we are literally 15 minutes from Valleyfield?? In addition, they put almost nothing in the sandwiches, as if they were the ones paying for the food and that they really didn't want to give anything away, to avoid.
