Extremely disappointed. Obviously, decisions can only come from the boss ??.I can't blame the young cashier given her young age and lack of experience she gave me very good service??. It's in the kitchen that things get messy.The quantities, ciborium, I had two half-empty poke bowls and the freshness wasn't there either! I have seen much better in several Shops.

I had take-out sushi from this place and I was very satisfied with the meal. The price is very reasonable for sushi and it still tasted fresh even after getting home! I'd greatly recommend the volcano roll as that might be one of my favorite sushi :)

I will never go there again, i spent $35 on sushi & the lady refused to give me a 15 cent cup of teriyaki sauce, can you imagine the cheap skates, not very smart business owners & on top of it the lady doesn't even put the soya sauce in the bag & i only saw it when i got home & i had to go back all the way to the restaurant & get the soya sauce, awful experience i will never go back!!

the food is good but the workers look very annoyed and are cold. there is this girl that always just look at you with the dirtiest look. it is not the first time that i go there, and she is always like that. it feels like they want you out of the store as quickly as possible.

I placed an order for 2 kids meals, a shrimp spring roll and an order of dynamite. When I got home, I realized that the young girl who served me, only gave me 1 soya sauce. I called the restaurant and when o explained to her what happened, she seemed completely clueless and saint even bother to apologize about the fact that 3 people would have to share 1 soya sauce. Also, the kids meals are supposed to include kids chopsticks. She told me that they didn’t have any. No substitution was offered whatsoever. I’ve been putting in about 2-3 orders/month but won’t be going to this location ever again.

Order two combos and a tempura. Did pick up and was not given the tempura. Realized when I got home. Had to go back to get it and was given a small order with no apology. Another customer was arguing with someone about not getting their full order either. Not cool.
They used to be rude but they are back to being nice.

I was given a gift card that was purchased at the Vaudreuil location,when I went to use it they said it’s not good, the number on the card was invalid.. I wrote to head office and never received a reply..be careful with gift cardsI only buy from Sushi shop at this location but because of this I will never go there again or any Sushi Shop

I arrived close to closing and staff helped me pick some gluten free items. Prices were reasonable and they stayed late to get me my order. Sushi was good and we received plenty of condiments, even the soy sauce which I didn’t need since I’m celiac and I have tamari sauce at home.I would go again. I was very impressed with the service. Thanks!

"Nous sommes ouverts" affiché sur la porte sauf pour un petit détail...Il n'y avait plus de sushis à 16hrs de l'après-midi! La préposée se cache derrière le comptoir pour m'éviter. Je lui demande si elle a des combos de préparé... elle me répond qu'elle a TOUT vendu? Sérieux? L'heure du souper n'est même pas commencé? C'est pas dans ton plan d'affaire de vendre des sushis? C'est comme si j'allais au McDo à 16hrs et qu'on m'annonçait qu'il reste que des frites...pas de burgers! Si vous avez le goût de manger des sushis .... N'allez pas à la succursale de Vaudreuil... Décidément, la gestion des inventaires n'est pas leur force!
