I am a regular at Thai Express' but this one takes the cake in terms of poor customer service all around. I will never go back to this location .. the cashier barely spoke English or French (did NOT understand what I wanted to order and just put whatever she wanted on the cash .. ) When I told her that was not what I ordered she just continued as if I hadn't said anything... I looked to the others in the kitchen for support or to help her but everyone ignored me and what i was asking ...I just told the cashier to cancel the order and I walked out.

I am a fan of Thai Express, been to several locations. However this location is terrible. I ordered a Thai soup with Chicken. My soup came with no chicken - after asking twice - the cook finally put it in the soup. I had to ask twice to get pepper - none to be found. Cook went and got me a small cup reluctantly. Finally , got my soup. I have had at least 20 times in the last year. This soup was super salty and had very few veggies in it. Mostly broth and noodles. I will never return to this location.

The cashier doesn't speak. Chefs have difficulty explaining dishes. Coupon for purchase simply ignored by the cashier. No possibility of having a refund in any way. Food way too expensive for what it is. Half of the dining room closed. Mediocre taste, I don't recommend it.

I keep trying to come back because I like the food, on two occasions there was food in my hair. And sometimes the food tastes ‘off’, like different from the recipe (I get the yellow curry). Think I have to officially quit this

Horrible service, last time I went there to order food they game me wrong food. Once the food is made even though it’s wrong most of the time people will not return, no one wants to waste food. They use people’s kindness to take advantage, horrible place will never go back again.
