I bring my client here at least 1-2 times a week. I find service can be a bit quicker at the counter. Lots of people use the drive thru.

As a loyal daily customer of Tim Hortons, I’ve always appreciated the quick yet friendly service. However, today’s experience left me genuinely disappointed. My girlfriend and I, with our two kids in the back, pulled up to the drive-thru, only to be hurried along as soon as she received her coffee. The employee barely gave her a moment to put it down before pressing us to "go quick" because they were “on a timer.”
Trying to address this directly, I reached out to the manager, hoping for some acknowledgment of the issue. Disappointingly, he wouldn’t even provide the employee’s name, making it difficult to file a proper complaint and resolve the concern. As regulars, we expect a little understanding and consideration, especially with kids in tow. I hope Tim Hortons will reconsider how they approach customer service and empower their managers to handle feedback more transparently.
Loyal customers deserve an experience focused on respect and customer care—not one solely concerned with timers and metrics.

They told me they have no warm food left because they close at 10pm.. but it was 9pm. I feel they should still have had options while they were open.

I often come to this Tim Hortons and there are always new employees working and I find that they are not very well trained by the employer or the manager. I ask for a Baileys Coffee and 50% of the employees don't know how to do it. Train your employees better and it starts to become nonsense. When you see that a simple coffee is made difficult to make, you have a big communication problem!
Worst Tim Hortons ever.
Rude employee.
Extremely slow service.
Incomplete order.
I waited for 30 minutes to get only half of my order. And when I asked the employee about my order he addressed me rudely. He seemed to be a supervisor or a manager, at least a senior employee. Give some customer service training to the employees, and anyone with rude manners should not have customer facing job.
Also given the other ratings and reviews, seems to be a regular issue at this location to have employees talking rudely to customers and providing super slow service.

really a bunch of losers make you wait 27 minutes for an irritable beef when my break is 30 minutes but I counted 23 carts to order at the car and I had to ask for my order the lousiest tim I've seen and I'm working on his route
