This Tim Hortons location has a more modern storefront. Store is generally clean, the food has always been fine, however yesterday’s experience was not the greatest. I used the drive-thru, it went well and fast, so that was good. I ordered an iced coffee and requested to have a lighter amount of ice, as we have discovered the ice and coffee ratio leaves a very watered-down taste to the coffee. We received our coffee, and the level was no more than 75% of the cup. At first, I just thought it was a mistake but soon discovered that was not the case. I asked one of the associates to fill the rest of the cup, but instead I got a manager named Cheri (not sure of the actual spelling), that explained to me as I requested less ice, I would get less coffee. The manager was polite and didn't give me a hard time, but dictating Tim Hortons policy over maybe another 20ml off coffee was ludicrous, more so when you pay almost $4 for it! Other customers inline had the exact same reaction when I showed them my cup. I would like Tim Hortons to address this, because as a significant shareholder of the company, I do not except ripping off our customers like this. There are huge margins on coffee, and this should have never happened. Other fast food restos refill your cup for free, without blinking an eye. Please look at the terrible underperformance of your stock on the equity markets. Those are signs of poorly executed decisions. I hope to see change and I will make sure my cup is appropriately filled to the correct level next and time and all times after that.

Not the Canadian icon it was 30 years ago. It's just another chain. Want to know what is wrong? The service is slow, the food tastes bland, and the orders are repeatedly wrong. We don't need to fill out a corporate survey for that.

Breakfast this morning was not edible. Hashbrown tasted like it was re-heated from yesterday, English muffin was stale and unmelted cheese. Had to toss and go to another location :(

I've been coming here for years, there is a drive-thru person Who is the manager, that works during the 7:00 a.m. shift you barely asked for an order and she's rude, she's threatens she won't serve people because when you have a disability preventing you from going fast you don't count. My lawyers will be in touch with this location if this continues
Worst experience ever in any Tim Hortons. Firstly, my order was incorrectly taken/over-charged and secondly I was ACCUSED of ordering muffins instead of what I ordered. Without fixing my issue, I was asked to go on the side and wait so they could take orders from other customers behind me.
Wasted more than 20 minutes, cancelled my order and walked out…. never going back again..staff is poorly trained and has no idea of customer service….
AWFUL..slow and dirty
I bring my client here at least 1-2 times a week. I find service can be a bit quicker at the counter. Lots of people use the drive thru.

As a loyal daily customer of Tim Hortons, I’ve always appreciated the quick yet friendly service. However, today’s experience left me genuinely disappointed. My girlfriend and I, with our two kids in the back, pulled up to the drive-thru, only to be hurried along as soon as she received her coffee. The employee barely gave her a moment to put it down before pressing us to "go quick" because they were “on a timer.”
Trying to address this directly, I reached out to the manager, hoping for some acknowledgment of the issue. Disappointingly, he wouldn’t even provide the employee’s name, making it difficult to file a proper complaint and resolve the concern. As regulars, we expect a little understanding and consideration, especially with kids in tow. I hope Tim Hortons will reconsider how they approach customer service and empower their managers to handle feedback more transparently.
Loyal customers deserve an experience focused on respect and customer care—not one solely concerned with timers and metrics.
