Absolutely horrible customer service!
Went to the drive thru this morning for a large iced chai latte and a large white hot chocolate.
I repeated my order 3 TIMES and in 2 Different languages eng/fr.
I get to the window she hands me the chai and a regular hot chocolate, I then proceeded to tell her that I asked for a white hot chocolate. She then starts to argue with me saying that I had never said that which in fact I did 3 times!. She the grabs the hot chocolate and throws my change at me. Pfft pathetic if you ask me. Never returning

Haven't even taken a sip yet, this is the second time... its just filled with foam. I'm just going to sit in the drive thru and get what the size I actually paid for next time. Serivce employee at the window doesn't even look at you and just shoves the pay pad in your face.

Worst Tims probably in all of Canada the service is super slow the staff are incompetent and rude I avoid going there even though it’s a minute from my house I chose to drive 9 minutes to the other Tim’s because I know I will get my order faster and right I’ve given it several chances throughout the past 6 years and they always fail

This Tim Hortons has to be running some kind of social experiment, because there is no way they’re messing up my order this consistently by accident. Every visit feels like they spin a wheel in the back labeled “WRONG DRINKS ONLY.” I ask for a simple coffee and they hand me something that tastes like it was brewed out of disappointment and dishwater.
The food? Might as well be a random item generator. I’ve stopped expecting what I ordered and started betting with myself on how far off they’ll be this time. Spoiler: very.
If you enjoy paying for things you didn’t ask for, this is your spot. If you prefer getting what you actually ordered, run.

I don’t know what happened in that kitchen, but the food I got looked like it survived a natural disaster. My sandwich was so soggy it could’ve entered a swimming competition, and the hash brown tasted like it had been reincarnated three times before making it to my bag.
I took one bite and immediately questioned every life choice that led me here. Even my coffee looked tired. Tim Hortons, I love you, but this meal was fighting for its life. Please fix whatever chaos is happening back there.

After sharing details of an issue I had with this location where I was charged more than double for two cups of coffee, I never got any feedback or response from any person. After I was cheated of my money for meagre coffee and absolutely repulsive customer service by the morning team, I made a review and they told me to reach to them with more details which I did. They never got back to me in any way. Broad daylight robbery……this location. 👎👎👎👎👎

If I could give 0 stars I would! The staff is horrible and disrespectful. They should learn how to talk to customers and make sure their employees are well trained to be at the window of the drive through!
Usually service is pretty good, we came for supper and there’s no potato wedges almost no donuts.

Worst experience ever ! I loved Tim Horton but this one is the worst I ever been .
There customer service is horrible, rude Don’t even know how to take an order, they give you wrong one and charge you maximum for it and when you ask to correct it they complains between them .
Extremely rude staff. They need to teach their staff basic manners. When simply ordering they were rushing us at 4:10pm. There was no one behind us and they were acting extremely rude. We even spoke in French so that they can understand.

Waited 45min for 2 coffee and got the wrong order how did I get a cheese burger from 2 coffee

Two out of three times they always get my order wrong and this happens in the morning when I drive through. Just yesterday October 11, I pulled up to the drive through in the morning at 10:12am, made an order for a medium coffee 2sug-1cr, and a large ice cap. The lady (Indian) on the phone kept getting the order wrong even as I was audibly and clear with what I said. After going over the order several times, we were told to pull up at the window. We got to the window and I must say I wasn’t surprised when they handed over two iced coffees. I told them that was not what I ordered and the Indian girl who took the order had the guts to lie and say we ordered for two iced coffees. Meanwhile we went over the order several times to get it correct especially with my experience of them always getting my order wrong. Medium coffee and iced cap has no sounding similarities with iced coffee. The guy at the window corrected the order and was even irritated at the girl who took my order. It seems she always messes up orders. I paid him 3$ and some cents in coins and paid the rest by card. We went our way as usual. Imagine my surprise when I later checked transaction history and realized I was charged $19.21!!!!! For a medium coffee and an iced cap? I went back in the evening to rectify it. The evening team were very professional and calculated even though an immediate solution wasn’t available. There hasn’t been a solution yet. Thursday, October 11, 10:16am is exactly when I made payment. And the Indian girl who was on shift and took my order at the drive through is absolutely dragging your name “Tim Hortons” in trash. Getting an order wrong after more than three times and also lying against a customer on what order they made and overcharging as well. I paid in total about 22$ and some cents for a medium reg coffee and large iced cap. I got bad service, wrong food and no value for money.
