This Tim Hortons location has a more modern storefront. Store is generally clean, the food has always been fine, however yesterday’s experience was not the greatest. I used the drive-thru, it went well and fast, so that was good. I ordered an iced coffee and requested to have a lighter amount of ice, as we have discovered the ice and coffee ratio leaves a very watered-down taste to the coffee. Staff seems like they don’t know what to do in a rush.. Long waiting time and customers in the restaurant are unhappy because of mistakes and many products out of stock. Took us more than 15 minutes to get two hash browns..
2024: drive through. Ran out of Boston cream donuts but wouldn't tell us which ones were actually available, so we had to guess (options are not on the screen either. Eventually got maple cream donuts and apple ones that were good.
2018: Drive through. My friend kept trying to order a vanilla latte and confirmed this but still got a regular latte. My drink was fine at least.
