Staff seems like they don’t know what to do in a rush.. Long waiting time and customers in the restaurant are unhappy because of mistakes and many products out of stock. Took us more than 15 minutes to get two hash browns..
2024: drive through. Ran out of Boston cream donuts but wouldn't tell us which ones were actually available, so we had to guess (options are not on the screen either. Eventually got maple cream donuts and apple ones that were good.
2018: Drive through. My friend kept trying to order a vanilla latte and confirmed this but still got a regular latte. My drink was fine at least.

Nice Tims but there is a upper middle aged woman there who acts like a hostel warden and gives alot of attitude if ever asked to fix the order she didn’t punch right in the first place..
