A wee bit messy and staff slightly uncoordinated. Placed a mobile order for front counter takeout but somehow our pizza order was ignored. Coffee was ready in 2 minutes but as I watched new customers at counter placing sandwich and soup orders, they received their orders, including drive-thru orders. I watched 4 staff members work away, but not once to the pizza section. After about 10-15 minutes I brought this to their attention. Not a good client experience.

Tried their cappuccino recentky , ok its Tim Hortobs , but was curious. Don't know what coffee they use, but it tastes like crap..... Either they dont know how to make one or they use inferior product, tates burnt, not once but on 2 separate occasions...

Ordered a spinach omelet, with my coffee. Coffee was great! Omelet was cold, they forgot to zap / fry / bake it hot. Not happy about this.

Very bad experience I had for my first purchase transaction at this Tim Hortons, the ladies working there are disrespectful, providing very bad service quality and they don't even care when you mention it. Communication zero, service zero, not even providing napkins.... Of course this is the first time buying in this Tim Hortons' location and is going to be the last one !

Like to sit and enjoy my coffee. Can’t do it. The ac is very low making it to hot to enjoy the time there. And they removed the napkins so that u have to ask for some. The worker had a rag in his hand when I asked for two napkins. He reached for the napkins with his soiled hand and grabbed two for me. Not a good thing. I did have a great bagel and hot coffee, clean location and helpful staff. “ but”

I am not impressed with the service in the province of Quebec, I am from Ontario I was down in Vaudreuil for the cremation of my dog today, I stopped by and I was very disapointed with their display inside their restaurant the donut and everything else looked horrible.
I ordered a croissant it was not flaky,puffy or big like the size of a croissant, I ordered a chocolatine it was as hard as my countertop.
I don't recommend that Tim Hortons location horrible food!

The workers are all being trained at the same time by each other. It took them 20 minutes to give me 2 hashbrowns. Don’t come to this location unless you have hours to kill. Plus they don’t speak English, and are still learning French so they got my order wrong. The only good worker
It's been multiple times now that at this location that the sausage farmer's rap (rap du travailler avec sausage) have problems. - The potato is over cooked (it's like eating sand); - The pita got destroyed while they roll it (I'm not an animal they need to feed, a bit of respect); - The cheese slice is not melt (still got the cold feel of the fridge); - There is grill mark whitch is good but to melt the cheese they need to use the protective paper and more time whitch without the paper and less time I got now a temper rap, pieces of burn bread from the last sandwichs and the smell of burn salade that went on the grill before.
The egg and the sausage are good. I did not get any egg shell at this location yet.
I can even say that the quality change through the week. Like as if there is a good team and one that needs formation.

Horrible service..8 people behind the counter 1/2 them actually tending to clients or being productive. Waited 15 minutes for 2 wraps which I had to ask for. Saw one of the drive thru worker flipping a customer off after they left...less then impressed...sucks wasting 1/2 hour of you lunch hour to actually get your lunch.
