It's been multiple times now that at this location that the sausage farmer's rap (rap du travailler avec sausage) have problems. - The potato is over cooked (it's like eating sand); - The pita got destroyed while they roll it (I'm not an animal they need to feed, a bit of respect); - The cheese slice is not melt (still got the cold feel of the fridge); - There is grill mark whitch is good but to melt the cheese they need to use the protective paper and more time whitch without the paper and less time I got now a temper rap, pieces of burn bread from the last sandwichs and the smell of burn salade that went on the grill before.
The egg and the sausage are good. I did not get any egg shell at this location yet.
I can even say that the quality change through the week. Like as if there is a good team and one that needs formation.

Horrible service..8 people behind the counter 1/2 them actually tending to clients or being productive. Waited 15 minutes for 2 wraps which I had to ask for. Saw one of the drive thru worker flipping a customer off after they left...less then impressed...sucks wasting 1/2 hour of you lunch hour to actually get your lunch.

Very disappointed. The potato in my worker's morning wrap is still hard as a rock. The employees approach us in English and speak almost no French. They want to go too quickly and “butch” the meal. When I order at the drive-thru (a coffee or a wrap) they make us move forward and wait in the parking lot, even if there is no one behind me, a little annoying...

Food almost thrown at us at drive thru, would prefer slower and more polite service.
So what I'm about to say goes beyond incompetence. One morning I'm at the drive-thru and ask for 20 timbits, the waiter tells me to mix it up, I tell him no, I want 10 chocolates and another flavor that I don't have time to answer. He gives me a stupid answer that I have to go inside since it's too complicated due to lack of time and doesn't want to lengthen the line even if no one was there while answering me stupid. I leave stunned, first time I hear that he's lucky I didn't show up to tell him my way of thinking. I will never come back to tims again, especially with its deficient French service.

French vanilla was only 3/4 full. Tim Hortons NEVER fills the coffee to the top. They have shrunk the cups sizes, increased the prices and reduced the amount of coffee in the already smaller cups!! So infuriating!

Very bad service, I will never go to this Tim Horton again... Sunday September 15, 2024 around 11:00 am... at the counter, having a hard time making myself understood, in French, the waiter goes to the drive-thru and leaves me at the checkout without anything say... I don't even know if I should move forward or wait and all of a sudden I hear someone say that my order is ready ?♀️ I take the bag and everything is crushed in it and I don't have my coffees ?♀️?♀️?♀️ and everything is cold too, very bad experience ?
