This isn’t a Tim Hortons restaurant, this is a Tim Hortons daycare. I show up to order some lunch and server’s daughter (probably 4-5 yrs old) keeps interrupting and cutting in front of me while I try to order. Not once did it appear to be an option to the server to ask her daughter to let her deal with the costumer first and then deal with her after. Customer service at this particular site is awful. I only eat at this particular place out of convenience.

I'm at the drive-thru and they don't even speak French to me. People speak English to me and I continue to speak French and people speak English to me. Madam tells me that there are several choices and when I arrive to pay she tells me that in the end there is nothing. I still don't understand his language. The employees do not speak any French. I've been living in Cote for 10 years and it's getting worse and worse. We don't understand anything the employees say! I wouldn't go back there again!

I would give zero stars if I could. Every time I've been to this Tim Hortons, there's always a problem: missing items, wrong order. The lady who served me at the window this morning couldn't even say "hi" and "have a nice day".They people working there are generally rude. They are done getting my money. I don't recommend this place at all. Go to the one on Harwood: they mess up once in a while, but they are at least polite.
