I always enjoy visiting Tim Hortons! The coffee is fresh, and the donuts are always soft and tasty. The staff is friendly, quick, and polite. The place is clean and cozy — perfect for a quick coffee break or breakfast. Highly recommend!

We ordered food worth 50.05$ from 2440 henry-ford veudreuil-dorian QC location via mobile order. And later buy stuff for 21$ By mistake ,We put cream instead of milk in 2 iced coffee. We apologized and asked her if she could fix it for us. She denied rudely said no we cant you HAVE to pay and buy other drink. She had an attitude. No sense of servicing the guests. It was a big amount. Later we paid for other drink we had to throw that drink.
I request to hear from you as it literally spoils our trip we were here to enjoy our breakfast before heading to fun place. this is not how it works. Name of that person was HARPAL. She really need to attend tim hortons seminar and symposium so they’ll teach her there how it works and how to make customer happy especially when they and nice enough to apologize for their mistake and asking you to fix it politely.

I ordered a medium coffee in the drive thru while on route to a local park. Not only was the coffee luke-warm, but there was perhaps an inch or more of coffee missing from the top! I understand not filling it to the top, but this was laughable. Thankfully, when I went back after my outting to point out that I was unsatisfied with their service; they gave me another cup for free. This time it was both hot and full. :) I appreciated the gesture.
