The low stars is for the clueless young staff they have on weekends, i go to this tims every monday to friday at 5:30 am for the last 2 yrs, and the women in the morning on weekdays are phenominal, so nice and pleasant and never mess up our orders....however i have been maybe 5 times on weekends and i try to avoid them because they dont listen no matter how loud and clear you speak you never get what you ask for and they complain about your order.... someone of mature nature needs to be working on weekends because they have no idea about good customer service and they dont care either....they are an embarassment to tim hortons and need to be properly trained....

I ordered flat bread cheese pizza. They put very little cheese. 40% of pizza had no cheese. We all ordered a rice bowl. Same no cheese no rice only tomatoes.

The workers must do something to get rid of the flies. There are a huge number of them in the restaurant. This is unacceptable. It is unpleasant to see them on the food and unpleasant to eat among flies.

Asked for an iced coffee with milk. When I got the order, I asked the guy if he used milk, he said yes but you can clearly see it’s cream. My friend got an Iced cap, and it was not filled.

The cashier was amazing and very polite and helpful.
Do Not Order Inside! It took 10 minutes to get potatoe wedges!!! Their 12:30pm shift is just focused on drive-through or chilling. I went back at 3:30pm and got my potatoes in 1 minute.

Have gone in there twice in the past 7 days to get a caramel toffee cold brew with espresso infused foam to be told the machine is being cleaned and left with nothing after waiting in a very slow long line of people. I just wanted a coffee. I have gone to Tim Hortons alot over the last 5 years and only been told once a machine was being cleaned. Odd that twice in a week span to be told the same thing ordering the same drink. Also English isn't understood well at this shop so every time I have visited it's been hard to get across what I want to order. Not very pleased with this particular location.

Went to this location today at 4:13 pm. Had a very rude interaction filled with attitude. (Girl was light skinned dark hair) was acting as if she was doing me a favour, I had ordered a coffee and decided to change my order at the window (for 1 item). She told me I cannot change my order at the window, which is completely wrong, I myself used to work at tim hortons and have never told a client the they cannot change their order at the window, i offered for me to pay and wait on the side since I did not want to cause a line up, she once again showed attitude and charged me only for the coffee which is not what I had asked for. I don’t understand the reason she was filled with attitude, since I was polite with her the entire time. Owner needs to train their staff better completely unacceptable.
