During my visit to Gavroche, I found a warm atmosphere. The restaurant creates a perfect setting to enjoy a refined meal.

The quality of the dishes is remarkable: each bite reflects attention to detail and mastery of flavors. The ingredients are visibly fresh and highlighted by impeccable culinary techniques.
The service is equally impeccable. The team is attentive, professional, and knows the menu perfectly, which makes discovering the dishes even more pleasant.

Le Gavroche is undoubtedly a must-see address in Victoriaville. This restaurant exceeds all expectations. I just regret living so far away so I can’t enjoy it more!

We both had the flank steak. Very disappointing, very small size and flooded with sauce. The fries were mushy and the vegetables looked like frozen vegetables. Really disappointing for the price of $39. Restaurant should indicate the format of the flank steak e.g. 4 oz. I definitely wouldn't go back there.

Very big disappointment. After consulting the website which indicates the opening of the restaurant for dinner on Saturday, we take the trouble to telephone to confirm and reserve a table for 1:00 p.m. for four on Saturday November 2, a reservation which is taken and confirmed by a certain KEVIN. ..
When we arrived at the restaurant which was crowded with people, we were told that the restaurant was closed and only offered dinner on Saturdays...
We ask to speak to a certain KEVIN who comes to tell us that the restaurant is closed and that he cannot serve us despite the fact that he accepted our reservation on the phone and that the restaurant is crowded. He gives the excuse that the kitchen is open for a group and that he did not take our reservation. It's like calling us liars so we decide to leave this restaurant which does not deserve the money and energy spent there. In summary, a big zero for a place!!!

We ate on a Friday evening. The service was rather slow. The shallot steak was average. I have dry potato gratin. The Burger was good but at $30 the opposite would have been rather shocking
