The poutine of poutines! But expensive

I ordered for pickup last night and was already expecting young laughter in the kitchen and not taking orders seriously. I collect my order and go inside. And what a surprise when I open my order. I ordered two medium poutines and instead got a medium and a small and it was cold even though I live nearby. And finally, my daughter's cheeseburger was without cheese. Really disappointed I won't go back!

Everything is excessively expensive. A tiny regular poutine $12.77. Nothing to say about the quality of the cheese but hey, after all we are in a cheese factory so it's not an achievement. The fries are frozen and there is clearly not enough sauce, resulting in a very, very dry poutine. A tiny addition to make what would be supposed to be a $3.47 Galvaude. Honestly, I must have had 15 peas at most and I could hardly see cubes of chicken. It’s obvious that it couldn’t have tasted like staleness with such a tiny addition. So we end up with a very very small poutine of very mediocre quality at $16.24 WOW!! As a bonus, the cashier looks at me askance because I just order poutine without a drink.

Good ice-creams more based for youth than others.
Bought some brownies and ice cream, added some peanut, unfortunately the brownies were out of a chocolate bag already done ! Very regular, no taste

Our favorite...Italian poutine. One of the best in Quebec. And the cheese is made on site!

Je n’ai jamais vu un service à la clientèle aussi irrespectueux. Personne a pris notre commande et a pris la peine de nous répondre. Ils ont accueillis une 10 de personnes. Quand j’ai posé la question on m’a répondu (malgré que j’étais à la caisse ouverte que j’avais seulement à attendre ailleurs). Peut-être porter une attention lors de l’embauche des employés.

Excellent

Would give a 1 start but no local employer deserves that. The food was very bland, and lost all touch with the local farm to table roots. Ice cream was watery and flavourless. Poutine had little gravy and cheese wasn’t even melted. Everything was just sterile.
