Good fast service. The brown poutine sauce had several lumps, not a lot of cheese and it had a stiffer texture without having the famous "quick quick". It was cut into rectangular prisms of 1cm x 1cm x 3 or 4cm. They also unfortunately use frozen fries. It was not to be compared to other cheese factories for example: Lemaire, Des Basques, Bergeron...On the positive side, the atmosphere is good. There is also plenty of choice on the menu and there is a delicious creamery corner.

La poutine est extrêmement délicieuse avec beaucoup de choix de sauce. Ma préférée c'est celle au smoked meat sauce BBQ!!!! Par contre, quand je vais au service au volant et que je commande un fromage NON-SALÉ, le/la caissier/ière se trompe de fromage me donne celui en grain. Le service reste toujours courtois et ils changent de fromage avec le sourire ?.

What I can say is the cheese is delicious. They have a lot of variety of ice creams and soft serve. Available all year round but very pleasant in summer. This restaurant also has its own small park, however, a victim of its success, there are a lot of children. The part I'm less of a fan of is their fries.Otherwise the cheese factory is also located close to the lake, so it’s also interesting for takeaways.

Meilleur poutine et on trouve de tout menu aussi pour enfants nouveau salade fraicheur a essayer Aménagement superbe un beau coin pour tout petit pour s'amuser et pour relaxer sur le bord d'un beau feu. Le fromage est excellent et toujours frais, non salé, du grain , ect..... La molle un beau choix . Merci aux personnels très souriant.
