C’était bien pour un restau, apportez votre vin. Au fil du temps, les prix gonflent, le choix du menu réduit à chaque visite, moins d’accompagnements et le service est de plus en long, prévoir 60 à 80 minutes entre la commande et l’assiette. Ils nous disent que le bœuf est d’une catégorie supérieure, mais aucun type de cuisson n’est disponible, donc tout est saignant +-rosé (cuit d’avance et tenu sur un genre de réchaud)… Résultat pas cuit et plein de gras. Un autre bonus 75 cents pour une boite pour notre restant. Désolé, mais nous, on va passer notre tour pour un bout. Bonne chance pour la suite.

Extra $4 for a Caesar salad which tasted like a dishcloth that could...maybe this one was cut on a surface that had been wiped with an unclean cloth...despite the fact that I I mentioned and me and my partner didn't eat it we both had an extra loaded one. The rice was cold and so was my partner's shrimp. We are not picky but I had to mention it. His flank steak was excellent, my squid I would say were the ones from Costco, it really wasn't worth the price paid!

First visit, pleasantly surprised, but we didn't know it was a BYOB. Beautiful, tasty and generous plates. Excellent fries, but a little too salty. The dill dijonnaise I think for the fries and fried pickles is so delicious. Bavette cooked sous vide and grilled very tasty and tender. I was happy with the cooking, because I usually take rare, but since there is only one cooking time and we are told medium-rare, I think some people will expect a little more cooked. I didn't like the Posseidon seafood sauce and the meat sauce. Small table, but the service by Émeraude was impeccable! $146 without tip for 2 people with starters.

It was our favorite restaurant when we went to Victo but since the new menu with only one side dish and the others in excess $$ our meal is much more expensive for the same plate than before despite the $2 discount. In addition, we can no longer choose our cooking. We are told medium/rosé but it seems raw. Sorry it was our last time. I went 3 times this summer to discover it, I am disappointed.

C'était notre restaurant préféré lorsque nous allions à Victo mais depuis le nouveau menu avec un seul accompagnement et les autres en surplus $$ notre repas reviens beaucoup plus cher pour la même assiette qu'avant malgré le 2$ de rabais. De plus nous ne pouvons plus choisir notre cuisson. On nous dit médium/rosé mais ça semble cru. Désolé c'était notre dernière fois. Je suis allé 3x cet été pour le faire découvrir je suis déçue.

To make a reservation, make sure you respect their specificities, that is to say no more than 6 people and if you are from the same family of 6 people and two benches are free there is a rule that they cannot give the table reasons: too often people from the same family speak loudly or stand up... an uncourteous restaurant which already seems very noisy...!

New eco-responsible menu!
I am disappointed with the meal I ate there! Cooking the steak sous vide (no choice of cooking) we would have preferred to choose our cooking because too rare for our taste I do not recommend the steak! Small quantity on the plate for the price! Honestly, I'm very disappointed! $200 before tip for a decent meal but I would have eaten the same amount of food at McDonald's for less!
