Endless delivery times +1h30 even outside peak hours (1x 7:45 p.m. and 1x 4:00 p.m.) for a pizza and side dish it is unacceptable and it was because I called that they sent my order. This happened twice when ordering with the app, I tried with DoorDash, it was faster but there was a 2 for 1 promo and they only sent 1 pizza. There are errors for all orders, portion of fries and poutine are ridiculously too small, the containers are never filled, the Victo branch is a real shame

We often order from Victo, but the last order was disappointing. The portions are getting smaller and we ordered a medium fries and we got a small one! Plus lots of little pieces of fries. (Throw away) For 7 people, we definitely split 3 fries each! I called but was told that the portions had changed: a medium would now be a small! Paid $6.99 for these really bad fries! Delivery costs at $3.99.
