This was my favorite place for smoke meat. The quantity and quality were there, it was even recommended to me by the manager. The smoke meat was perfect and juicy.
Our last dinner on Sunday disappointed us. Not much meat and we don't heat the smoke meat on the stove, it becomes dry. There have been changes in the kitchen. Very disappointed. I can't believe you can't eat really good smoke meat in Victoriaville.
