Really very disappointed, I regularly frequent Starbucks in different cities but this one really is by far the worst, I ask for a refill after 37 minutes, they refuse it to me claiming that I do not meet the conditions, I ask for a glass with only ice and again they refuse it to me, they force me to take it with water, in short no service, always good excuses to avoid what is feasible in others, I would NEVER go back!!!!

The guy cooked the eggs in the microwave and it popped and the guy got some in his face and he shouted "tabarnak de calisse d'osti d'oeuf de marde". Don't set a good example for others to employ. Also refuses to serve me my egg. ???

I went there before yesterday and asked for a venti drink, came in medium I told the man then he made a big sigh out loud and told me Mkay guess I have to make an other one, l said it’s fine, I look at the receipt and I was charged for a venti, do they not know how to read? my other drink, I asked for a frappochino ruban crunch, what came was a coffee blended with ice was almost the same as the cappuccino from Tim Hortons, I usually get the frap in other city’s like Montreal and they always get it right. I went here today I got a mango dragon fruit with coconut milk I came with lemonade and was the same guy as yesterday.

Horrible service this morning at the counter, two employees completely ignored me for at least 5-6 minutes to serve me coffee without a smile or thank you with a dripping cup of coffee. Really disappointed. If you don't feel like working girls, stay at home.

These days, costs are taking up more and more space in our lives. This morning, I decided to have my coffee at Starbucks…. ERROR ! Every morning I take a walk and have a coffee in our establishments, McDonald's, A&W, Tim Horton's, Dyyb's and others. This morning my SMALL decaf cost me $5.40, I SAID VERY SMALL… I usually pay $1.15 to $2.55 for my decaf. I found this price exorbitant for a small coffee. Sorry, STARBUCK is over for me!
Very slow service and drinks are not filled to the brim!!! Drink not as good as other Starbucks like Sherbrooke, Trois-Rivières, staff not friendly sometimes.
