Always friendly staff on every visit so far. I have 1 complaint about my favorite Starbucks drink, the cold chai latte (and this criticism concerns all Starbucks...but some are worse than others). On several occasions I asked for "without ice" and was told that it is impossible. So I asked with "very little ice". I just want a chai latte that tastes the same as hot, but with cold milk (milk + flavor mix)! It always ends up that I pay almost $10 for a glass...
