Friendly waitress. Everything was cold. If you go to eat at Stratos restaurant in Victor, don't forget your hat and mittens, it's very cold.

I admit that today was a disappointment.... everything was cold!!!! Cold lunch, enough that the butter on the toast hasn't melted!!! We had to change places because even the restaurant was freezing. But.... I'm confident they will adjust! Don't give up!

We paid $50 including taxes for 15 tiny chicken wings, with sides of tiny coleslaw and a few tomato slices. We ordered three orders total and each one wasn’t enough to feed a small child. Will never order from here again.

Great lack of professionalism and courtesy. When we received the wrong size pizza, I had to go out of my way and persist with the staff including the manager to get the right thing. Didn't want to redo the fries to have everything hot at the same time "There's no problem with the fries, eat them while waiting for your new pizza....." that we were told.
