Went there yesterday and was refused service at 720 pm and then went again today only because i was craving a pokebowl and the portions was a joke, barely any fish or rice . For what you guys charge what a joke. And the service was super slow. If your employees don’t want to work find new employees!

We went to the restaurant twice, the first was quite pleasant with a bearded man 🧔 who was very nice but... Our second visit there was a very bad experience. The sushi 🍥 was not fresh, it did not hold together, the spring rolls were oily and disgusting, there were 5 of them and it took 29 minutes for 16 sushi and 2 rolls 😒 IGA makes better sushi than you, a real shame for the Asians from all over the world. I would never go back there.

Very disappointed I went to get sushi for my family at 6:20 a.m. and I was refused because they no longer take orders and the restaurant closes at 8 a.m. so 1 hour 40 minutes before closing you can't have sushi and their fridge is empty.... Completely empty!

Not the first time I've been there but always taken take out. This evening for the first time I ate my order on site with my 4 year old son. My order was not yet ready when I arrived so we decided to stay. There was no more bubble tea and that didn't cause any problem; they made me some fresh one. Incredibly fresh sushi that melts in your mouth, A1 service by all employees on the floor. She was finalizing my tray when I arrived and since we were eating there, they finally transferred us all to beautiful plates. Best experience in a sushi shop. Good job, keep up the good work.
