Ask for a chicken coriander and lime wrap to receive a chicken coriander and lime bowl.... After waiting 15 minutes at the car. Telling the clerk that I asked for a wrap and not a bowl and being told: "It's good, it's the same thing, take it, I insist on having a wrap or a refund only to be told that it won't change it" at the same time when I got there I had no time to wait and I left. I have visited this Tim in the last 2 years on numerous occasions and sometimes several times a day being a road worker. In just one visit you have lost a customer for life due to an incompetent employee, it's sad for the owners because loyal customers are rare...

They gave us iced coffees which were curdled because of the esspresso foam and so they went back to the window and the very unpleasant and arrogant manager made us more iced coffees which were still curdled and then she didn't want to do anything to us because they were supposedly too demanding but our coffees were full of small pieces. Manager 0/10 professionalism

Since the reopening of this Tim Horton there is no organization, no position assigned, so all the employees are wandering from one position to another and no longer know where to turn!
Blatant lack of orginastion! And honestly if I could have given 0 stars I would have done so!
There were customers who waited 20 minutes for their meal!
The bathrooms are disgusting!
Very disappointed with the service since its reopening!

I only go to Tim's to enjoy the return of cherry Timbits. So I order 20 cherry timbits at the drive-thru, they confirm; Do you want them all with cherries? I answer yes! I only check my order when leaving the parking lot… Only 5 out of 20 for cherries! It would have been nice to inform me at some point in the process that they didn't have what I ordered, I would have changed my mind!
