The pastry display was infested with ants and despite our comments to the employees and the manager, only two baskets of donuts were removed. They didn't seem so surprised by the situation that they continued to serve donuts to people in the drive-thru...

All Tim Horton's are over rated and too expensive, wait 30 minutes for that, it's not worth it. When I go there it's generally for the seasonal specialties and almost every time they run out of them and you get stuck in a queue at the car which lasts a very long time. The service is super slow, even inside, you seem lost, you're ordering the wrong thing. You don't have to be in a hurry to go there

04-14-2024, between 6:20 p.m. and 6:45 p.m.: A defective entrance door, overflowing trash cans in the restaurant and toilets, no soap in the toilets, paper on the floor in the restaurant, teenagers playing, bickering and laughing loud and who consume nothing, without any warning from the staff. “We’re not making a sandwich, the machine is broken.” However, I saw another employee making them for the drive-thru!!! We had to ask for our soups again. I have never been served so poorly in this restaurant.
