A great place to have a latte and randomly run into friends! So many locals pass through that most times I'm here I run into someone I know. Good food (eggs benedict eggs need to be cooked MORE ) and a great atomosphere year round. The outside space is great in the warmer seasons. A great place to sit down and get some work done during the week when it's quieter too.

I give only one star because it's another company in the Wakefield area that ignores French speakers by having a website almost exclusively in English. A fine example of a Rhodesian attitude which is unacceptable.

This cafe is absolutely amazing. We got a chai and a cappuccino and they are 5 star!!! It’s got lots of space, will cater to every drink request and nice parking/bathroom facilities!!! I think my wife thinks the server is good looking! 😂 All this for $17???? Great brownies too!!!

live local, love local business support....but
Friends and i have been here 6 times, all but twice the food( breakfast) is cold and it wasnt busy which can be inderstandable if they were slammed. Last week we went and this time was the last straw , food was not even close to warm , cold eggs and i do mean cold. We mentioned it with a pleasant friendly take, and
raised eyes brows and a shoulder shrug....i guess you get what ya get and thats it . Nice spot, but for 100$ for 4 eggs bacon and coffee ya at least want it hot enough to eat .

Merci beaucoup, thanks very much for the super quick delivery of my 5lb bag Solstice Espresso beans!! Next bag, I think I will drive up to Wakefield & have an excellent flat white at the café.

The flat white was strong and creamy ( as how I like it) 10/10 😋 the egg Benedict also was so good!!!
Highly recommend this place for breakfast/brunch

Four of us ate lunch. Between us the order included, brisket sandwich, mushroom eggs Benny, ham n cheese omelette and the prochuitto / ham sandwich. All four of us were super happy (and I am hard to please lol)!

I spent a few months in Wakefield and I was looking forward to working here as the ambience is nice and peaceful although it's one of the few places in town without a river view. I was so disappointed with the food, the coffee, and the service. The girls were so unfriendly that at one point sitting outside, I tried to use the bathroom and wasn't allowed to enter 5 minutes before closing.

Great brunch spot out in Wakefield if you are looking for a spot out of town to enjoy the fall days before it gets cold. I was outside on the patio. Really nice vibe there and as you can see in the pictures, the food and coffee were fantastic.

Patio can be a little bit hot on a warm day if you aren’t fortunate enough to get an umbrella table spot. Also there were no condiments visible in the restaurant and none came with the meal when it came out, so I would advise to ask for them when the server brings your food, because they didn’t come back and ask if the food was alright or if there was anything missing.

Parking: Parking is sort of limited to the size of the building and the mountain road that connects to the highway does not have street parking. The restaurant has a decent size parking lot, but with all the coming and going there is no telling how many spots will or won’t be available.

Visited this amazing cafe & restaurant during our 3 day stay in Wakefield and had their amazing home made pumpkin spice lattes (like real pumpkin spice) & had their vegan Green Goddess sandwiches with avacado, alfalfa sprouts, cucumbers & vegan mayonnaise, very delicious. However, even better than the amazing lattes & sandwiches were the friendly staff. A huge shout out to “Lori” the kitchen staff where we had a nice chat when she served us. Everything was so amazing that we had to return the next day & ordered the same and yes, had another nice chat with friendly Lori….thank you Blue Barn, Todd & Elizabeth👍

The coffee was horrible, food was not worth almost $20 a plate. Eggs were over cooked, potatoes were unseasoned and undercooked, onions were cooked to death and slimy, toast, was 1 and a half toast, burnt and not buttered.
Not worth it, wouldn't bother.
