The service was below 1 start, we enter and they told us to take the menu and that someone would take our order, and after 15 mins, we have to look for someone to take out order. And then, after another 30 mins... I went to check the order, and they just forgot about it!!!!

My Wife & I discovered this hidden Gem today Aug 1/25 during a day trip to scenic Wakefield & it’s truly a place you must visit for Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner or just for their Delicious baked in-house sweet treats. I swear you will Not be at all disappointed & will add this restaurant as one of your favourite spots in Wakefield/Gatineau area. Chloe & all the servers are very friendly, helpful, & very pleasant to deal with on all questions. They even serve gluten free desserts, food items, vegetarian & Vegan with Tofu on the menu. Maison EARLE House is the new Hot Spot in Wakefield & we will be back to enjoy many more delicious items for all meal periods here. You just Gotra eat here asap.

This place has got to get its act together. It’s a beautiful location and unique and cozy inside, the food is decent some of the time, and a let down other times. But the service is HORRENDOUS!! I keep coming back over the years hoping they would have gotten their act together. I don’t know if they just hire people they know and don’t train them or they don’t know how to train them. The service is extremely slow and it’s like they just simply do not know how to attend to table service. Line up of people at the cash after half an hour of waiting for somebody to even just come to their table to give them a menu. Other people lining up at the cash to just pay their bill because nobody came to the table to give them their bill They give you your food without cutlery so it sits there getting cold for 5 to 10 minutes.
They need a professional to come in to teach them how to run a restaurant.

We stopped by for lunch it was pretty quiet for the most part. The service was okay but needs some improvements. No cutlery or napkins were given to us and the food tasted as if it came from Costcos freezer or M&M the menu stated the wings were charbroiled bbq style and that the fries were crispy golden. The wings came deep fried with a McDonald's style BBQ sauce on the side and the fires were the same fries from the Costco food court. We also had ordered the spring rolls which stated they were hand rolled but honestly tasted like they were from M&M honestly it wasn't a great experience and I was truly disappointed considering any fast food garbage would have been better option 62 dollers for 2 drinks
6 subpar wings and 3 frozen spring rolls. If your going to run a business on lies why even try. Do better be better

Nice place but very slow service. Usually I go searching for my server. You only get 1 coffee and have to pay refills. It’s the most expensive breakfast around. There are better places for sure!

We pit stopped at this cafe for a quick coffee and pastry before our hike. The place was lovely it had good coffee and the pastries were ok. The place had lots of seating and was in a lovely area. Would stop here again!
