We had the breakfast poutine and a little bit dissapointed because the cheese curds were too cold (probably not warmed up to the room temperature before serving). Also, the price of the poutine in the menu ($21) doesn't match the bills price before tax ($24)

If I wanted a cold breakfast, I would’ve eaten straight from my fridge in my pajamas. My poached egg tasted like it had trust issues clearly just released from a long stay in the cooler. I sent the plate back, hoping for redemption… but the second attempt was barely warmer, like they held it near a candle for 30 seconds and said, “Good enough!”

We had a great Thanksgiving lunch at Cafe Le Hibou. Even though it was very busy, the staff looked after us and quickly got us a lovely spot on the patio, which had a beautiful view. Our food the sirloin burger, beef tartar, and fish and chips was all delicious, with noticeably fresh salads. Paired with excellent cocktails and beer, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend it.

As always my favourite place to visit. Their Sirloin Steak Burger and fries combo was off-the-charts delicious. Perfectly grilled with a slight smoky aroma. One of the best burgers I’ve had in a while. Our waitress was polite and accommodated a family of four promptly even during a busy lunch hour.
