It was a busy Saturday morning, Aug 23, 2025. Behind the counter were 8 immigrant employees all staring at the order screen on the milk machine, all trying to figure out what to make, what's been made, etc. One cashier was open, and a line up of 10 or more people. One lady ordered her items and the cashier pointed to where she was to stand to wait for her order, except there were already a dozen people waiting for their orders. I waited over 13 minutes in line and decided that this place wasn't going to get any of my money. They also closed the drive-thru because they couldn't handle the workload. I will not return to this location.

Why does it say this place is open 24 hours everywhere online? The doors are locked and no one is at the drive thru. It’s 3:55 am. No cars here either which most likely would mean no employees. Very disappointed.

Bought 3 Boston creme and 3 apple fritters. Usually they come in a box. This time they were in a bag. When I got home I could hardly pry them out of the bag. Just a sticky mess.

Don't come here, worst Tim's in the Outaouais region. Drinks are always off, donuts always dry, potatoes over cooked. Definitely not coming here again. Service is none existing and barely makes eye contact, throws food and give me money attitude.

If I could rate 0 stars I would my son got verry sick and the staff running the restraunt laughed at us after I told him my bagel was half eaten

Horrible experience, we come to Canada for vacation every few years and it gets worse every year. We always went there on our way to the lake but today it was too much for our family. Out of five drinks and 20 timbits we only got two drinks, I watched the employees because I had a lot of time for it because we waited much more than 30 minutes (it was embarrassing), when I noticed that our order disappeared from the monitor I realized that we had been cheated despite the fact that we asked about our order while waiting. Finally, after a decisive reaction, one of the entire group of employees asked what we wanted to drink because he himself did not know what the order was. Terrible mess - I do not recommend and will not go there again. And I certainly will not recommend it to anyone.

You can't be stupider than that.

Inedible food and there was hard and crunchy koi in my egg...
