This is my first time writing a review for Tim Hortons. I'm a regular coffee buyer, but what I experienced today was unacceptable. I ordered two donuts and two coffees, received my donuts, and then waited ten minutes for my coffee despite only two people being ahead of me in line. There were sufficient staff members to expedite the process, but it seemed like only two staff members, Sarah and Jayden, were making an effort. They tended to customers politely at the front, while the rest of the staff stood by, laughing loudly and doing nothing. As an immigrant who takes pride in my work, I was disappointed to see such a lack of work ethic.

This place was renovated recently and has improved. The value for money has changed as well and I did not get as much as before for an increase in money, so I guess I'm paying for the renos! Overall, tho, an ok place to grab a quick snack, etc. There is still a language problem with English not understood. At least the staff are not nasty anymore. Whew.

When you wait over 10 minutes for a small coffee regular blend with cream... 6 staff members in behind the counter... And only 3 persons in line... And person next to me waiting over 20 minutes for a chicken small...

Needs new management because not Worth a stop... But if you like to wait.

Unimpressed with this Tim's. Staff seem disinterested and unmotivated, and inefficient.
First of all I spent a few minutes on the self-order screens only to discover that the only payment method was gift cards. Then I waited in line forat least 5 minutes to order (only 1 person in front of me), and the guy punched it in wrong and I had to correct it twice. I ordered a pastry and two farmers wraps, wasn't given the option of warming the pastry. Waited 15 minutes for my order, even though the person in front of me (who also ordered sandwiches) got their order in 5 min. There were a lot of people working there but it was a very different vibe than the typical Tim's where they crank out orders at high speed. Much, much slower than the Cantley Tim's, which is where we usually go. At least the wraps were hot and tasted good. Not sure what is going on with this location, but they aren't getting it right.

It was a busy Saturday morning, Aug 23, 2025. Behind the counter were 8 immigrant employees all staring at the order screen on the milk machine, all trying to figure out what to make, what's been made, etc. One cashier was open, and a line up of 10 or more people. One lady ordered her items and the cashier pointed to where she was to stand to wait for her order, except there were already a dozen people waiting for their orders. I waited over 13 minutes in line and decided that this place wasn't going to get any of my money. They also closed the drive-thru because they couldn't handle the workload. I will not return to this location.
