Horrible experience, we come to Canada for vacation every few years and it gets worse every year. We always went there on our way to the lake but today it was too much for our family. Out of five drinks and 20 timbits we only got two drinks, I watched the employees because I had a lot of time for it because we waited much more than 30 minutes (it was embarrassing), when I noticed that our order disappeared from the monitor I realized that we had been cheated despite the fact that we asked about our order while waiting. Finally, after a decisive reaction, one of the entire group of employees asked what we wanted to drink because he himself did not know what the order was. Terrible mess - I do not recommend and will not go there again. And I certainly will not recommend it to anyone.

Horrible experience. New employees after renos and no proper training or direction.
Girl looked at me absolutely lost when I tried to order breakfast in English so I switched to French and she looked just as puzzled.
After several attempts (perhaps 10 or 12) making mistakes in the order a guy comes out just to tell me that they are not servi g breakfast as it was close to 12. This girl did not know that breakfast is not served past a certain time? Bathroom was also dirty.
I can't believe what they have done to this place... it used to be good but I AM NOT PLANNING ON GOING BACK.
PLEASE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!

This morning, Friday, I ordered an ICE cap mocha at Tim Hortons. I would like to highlight the quality of the service and the excellent welcome from the cashier. Not only did he prepare my drink perfectly, but he was also courteous and professional throughout the ordering process. Many thanks for this pleasant experience!
