It's quite expensive & a let down for folks looking for a good poutine. If the poutine was outstanding, I'd make room in my budget- but it's not.Nice location. Service ok.

Service in English only, I speak English very well but at least make an effort.. I can't call it poutine with 5 pieces of cheese, it's more like a fry with sauce. Especially since it is very expensive for the portion. I now understand why there was no one there even at dinner time. I'm not going back there.

Outdoors Club of Carleton, PCOCC

PCOCC has shown up without warning multiple times now right at open on a Sunday morning with a hoard of hunger outdoor adventurer starving university students post bouldering at Klimat and the poutine has always been incredibly delicious, the service mindblowingly fast (even if there are 20 of us and 1 staff on) and the overall vibes just immaculate. PCOCC could not endorse or recommend ZUPS and their poutine anymore, a must visit venue which is incredibly awesome all round. THANK YOU and STAY AWESOME!

Not enough taste, as much sauce as money wasted. My taste buds were stolen and I don't think I'll get them back. I'm on the street because of this poutine.

Prices to be as expected like everywhere else. The fries were delicious alone or in poutine version. Their homemade smoked cheese curds were a special treat. UNFORTUNATELY this ESTABLISHMENT DOES NOT ACCEPT LEGAL TENDER CASH and I will NOT be RETURNING for that reason.

(Joe's) polite service however prices too high for portion sizes.

I dont think that’s how fries are supposed to look.

Great place for a snack. Food was terrific; staff is very friendly and fully bilingual. It would be nice if there was a bar/rail where you could stand and eat your poutine hot.btw the sign says JOS. Not sure why...

Fantastic poutine. The fries were fresh, the gravy tasty and rich, and the curds squeaky! The Smoked Cheese poutine was especially delicious!

I'm not a big fan, maybe because I'm used to regular fast-food places. They recently changed the name to Joe, and now have wings. I have to say they are good, but pricey. It cost me over 50$ for 2 x 12 wings with a bit of fries, and no dipping sauce, cause it was extra. There's no outside table, no toilets, and you can't eat outside.ThanksDietary restrictions: Many gluten free options
