We ordered an all-dressed pizza to go only for it to leak on us during the 5 minutes it took us to walk to our hotel. The pizza box was very watery, it was coming from the pizza itself. Nothing was actually cooked below the thick layer of cheese they put on top. We ended up eating 3 slices of our large pizza and threw away everything else. What a waste. Fries were ok.

My first experience at Maurice Pizzeria and honestly it was the worst, the only good thing was the pizza. The service is not good at all, I can not believe how SLOW it is, it took 10-15 minutes to be seated because he hostess wouldn't stop yip yapping to another customer, there was barely any other customers there when we arrived. Overall it took over 2 hours from the time we arrived, to be seated, get and eat out food (only about 20 minutes eating) then be able to pay. We asked for a takeout container for the remaining food, the woman left and took a long time to return, then when I tried to pay, she left and came back making us wait a long time to pay

Had a delicious lasagna between days of Back Country skiing to carb up - I took the large but the small was already big enough for 2 people.......our Server Taylor was wonderfully hospitable and knew her menu really well. Kitchen was a bit behind (they get a lot of take out orders at peak hours on top of a busy dining room) so it was a bit of a wait but not crazy. Good value for money and very warm service !!!

Wednesday October 30, 2024 I'll try something else for dinner... I'll give the runner another chance. I asked for a spaghetti au gratin with meat sauce (sauce aside for my extra sauce), but I got a spaghetti with tomato sauce with zero meat, really very disappointing this restaurant 🥹
Quite good pizza, only thing is the onions are never quite cooked, and the crust is too thin.
Date of September 3, 2024 supper time (delivery) The chef's salad was full of water, so no taste in the salad 🥗 seeing as it had too much water, I was so disappointed, even my boyfriend didn't dream of it 😭

In my top 3 worst pizzas, two come from pizzeria Maurice. Seriously, I don't understand how a pizza can be both watery and dry. The first time, I ate a fully dressed pizza, with watery tomato sauce and a terrible texture. So, the second time, I opted for the one called "for men", which I had been recommended, and which contained the most condiments. To my surprise, it was also tasteless. So much so that, if I had closed my eyes, I would not have been able to differentiate it from the all-dressed one. How is it possible to have so many condiments (bacon, pepperoni, cheese, peppers, onions, mushrooms, and so on) and so little taste? In short, congratulations for making such a pizza and managing to keep the pizzeria name.

It's very hot in this restaurant. Ask if they have air conditioning. In terms of meals... The people who ordered the all-dressed pizza were satisfied while the others with the spaghetti meal regretted their choices.
Are everything; the service with our waitress was great but phew... the request inside the restaurant to know where the toilets were... leaves nothing to be desired! We disturbed him to the point!!! Response from the latter without looking at us: “right there, over there…”

Pizza Maurice is so good and thick full of pepperoni. I don't live in Waterloo but when I visit I'll definitely go there again.
