Yesterday I purchased a variety of sourdough bread and this was worth the trip from Montreal!
We have already appreciated the bread and our favorite is L'épeautre aux graines!
Each has its distinctive flavour and texture, and the most valuable is their original preparation. It brings back lovely memories from my childhood and my grandma making sure we ate healthy bread.
