Already a fan of weekly orders of sourdough bread, we tried the Friday evening restaurant experience for the first time. The pizzas were beyond our expectations, so delicious and made with quality local ingredients. The atmosphere is festive and friendly, and has everything to help create exchanges with people at other tables. Lucie at the service is also exceptional in her role. We highly recommend everyone to try it if you are in the area!!

All the breads are delicious. They are made with great passion, it tastes good! This week, due to a shortage of grapes, our traditional raisin bread was temporarily replaced by chocolate-cranberry bread. Wow, what a delight, we ate half of it in just one lunch! Our only wish would be that this bread becomes a regular in the catalog of our favorite baker, because we won't be able to do without it! Thank you Aurélien for this other great discovery.

The best breads in the world! For the taste buds and for health. The bread enthusiast explained to me the theory of why and how he makes bread with his hands so that it is better for us... I didn't remember everything from the scientific analysis of the baker's engineer, but I know that it is made with love, worked with LIFE, in constant evolution! And I feel good when I eat it (which is not the case with just any bread!)

The best bread and pizzas anywhere. Take the time to sail to Les Pains d’Aurélien, you won’t regret it. You would swear that he makes his bread dough rise with the rising tide and that his pizzas have traveled around the world to collect all the flavors. So much know-how and heart in everything he does that once you're a sailor, you'll want to land here at all costs.

Aurélien works wonders! No joke, we eat on average two “L’abri de la tomato” pizzas per week. And when you buy bread, half is eaten in less than 24 hours. It’s not complicated, we love it!

Yesterday I purchased a variety of sourdough bread and this was worth the trip from Montreal! We have already appreciated the bread and our favorite is L'épeautre aux graines! Each has its distinctive flavour and texture, and the most valuable is their original preparation. It brings back lovely memories from my childhood and my grandma making sure we ate healthy bread. Thank you all for the experience, may you stay inspired and healthy!

Les pains d'Aurélien donnent le goût de déménager dans le coin. (J'ai même eu la chance de croiser ce sympathique boulanger à l'épicerie )
