Terrible service. We were seated without menus. We were offered coffee but never arrived. After 15 minutes I got up to ask for menus. Waited another 10 minutes and asked a waiter to take our order. Asked again for coffee, as we never got any. Waited another 25 minutes for our order. While another couple got same terrible service and left before ordering. Another couple beside us were also seated without menus and needed to ask for some. They were seated for at least 20 minutes and never got their order in. While another couple sat and were served immediately and got their orders, same plates as ours, 5 minutes after we got ours. This place needs a manager, there were 7 employees working in the dining room and they did not have control of the situation. Waiters had tables across the restaurant instead of having a section. This is not a big restaurant maybe 75 seating places. I have been to this restaurant many times over the past 10 years and since they changed administration service is now bad. The last time I went was maybe 6 months ago and service was as bad. I am very disappointed as there are little to none breakfast restaurants in Windsor. Hoping the owner will read this and apply changes to the organization.

4 1/2☆☆☆☆ Always very satisfied with the plates and the service. The waitresses are excellent. Smiling and competent. Remembering our little whims ? Negative rating; 2 or 3 times the baked beans are bathed in water and taste bland or nothing.
Kid-friendliness: My daughter wants to go to lunch there just for the little designs on the back of the placemats.

When you receive your meal it is very cold and the service is very slow. It's not my favorite place it's worth going to the other place in Greenlay.
Parking: Enough room. Problems on weekday place very rare because of the pharmacy and medical clinic
The housekeeping leaves something to be desired. The wall was sticky with old ketchup. The kids' crayons were filled with someone else's old whipped cream. Not to mention the toilet which had toilet paper all over the floor in lots of pieces. The potatoes were not cooked enough. Since it's the new serious owner it's blah.. Don't spend your money there. Take a detour to Sherbrooke! There you will not be disappointed.

Les propriétaires ne sont pas très exigeants. Une demoiselle hier matin était sur place. Elle ne nous a pas regarder ni sourie. Elle se traînait les pieds comme si tout était pénible. Mais attention! Le pire selon moi c'était son chandail noir avec écrit dessus..... Don't Talk To ME! En grosses lettres blanches! Voyons si c'est acceptable des affaires de même.
