I have never taken the time to review this restaurant. You are the best A and W in Quebec. How do you manage to always have this same consistency? More than perfect slices, mozzarella worthy of an advertising photo, always well prepared and incredible service, visit after visit. Congratulations to the whole team, you are champions 🎉🎉🎉

Really ordinary drive-thru service this evening... The lady was already very stupid on the microphone when placing the order. I only took a trio of 2 chicken bacon wraps, ranch sauce or mayo, if more ranch sauce was available. I was given my order, I opened the bag and saw two wraps and my fries so satisfied, I left for home.
When I got home 20 minutes later, I opened my order and I got two wraps, but I replaced the chipotle sauce and bacon with cheese… As I had something else to do than return to the place, I called to ask if it was possible to have a discount or something for my next order as I go there regularly after finishing work… the lady told me on the phone that I only asked for two wraps… I mentioned that I I asked for two wraps with chicken, bacon, ranch sauce or mayo if more ranch... she tells me that she will take my name down so that I have two wraps for my next order, which suits me well. Then, she asks me to call back in 1 hour because she's in a hurry... Well, I'm busy too and in 1 hour I won't be available to sort this out... So I politely tell her that she doesn't just have a name to take note of?… She answered yes, your name? with an exasperated air, in fact the whole conversation was very ordinary... one wonders if the error was not intentional following our exchange with the drive-thru... Put in context; I asked for 1 trio of chicken bacon ranch wraps + a similar wrap but alone… (they often ask for 2 trios?) so I specified 1 trio + another wrap alone. She asked me twice if I wanted 2 wraps so I repeated that yes, I would like 1 trio + just one… only to finally almost get angry and tell me that there was a trio with 2 wraps in it… (I I go there often and the first time anyone mentioned it to me) so I confirmed that yes I would like 2 chicken bacon ranch wraps in my order. So why am I wondering if the error was not intentional... She seemed to be fed up with my incomprehension... Yet there was no one other than me at the drive-thru. I imagine it was a rush inside, but still... Next time I'll go to Thai or Subway, there's no shortage of choice at the gates of Mauricie. I'm sure that the paper with my name and my order wouldn't even be found if I went back... Too bad

Today, August 16, 2024, I went there a little after 4 p.m., to the drive-thru as usual. No hello when I arrived at the intercom, I didn't even have time to stop my vehicle before the young girl asked me for my order in a flat, monotonous tone and almost in a muted tone. You practically have to guess his words because it's so weak. Arrived at the window, same temperament. She shows me the POS terminal practically from the inside. I politely ask her if she stretches a little more because I can't reach her with my card, it's like talking to a cow that is chewing its cud, no reaction. Result ; I didn't even see the amount of the transaction and no receipt was given to me...
It's been around 2 years now since I noticed this drop in service. Each time I leave this establishment in a "tabarnac" due to the lack of manners and service from the young girls at the drive-thru (when I come across an adult woman the service is perfectly adequate). Fortunately the quality of food is good and consistent.
I leave 2 ⭐ because the food is ok otherwise it would only be the minimum of 1 ⭐. My decision is made, now this place is over for me (A&W Yamachiche). Borderline rude service, which spoils my mood and my experience. In addition, this restaurant chain has become so expensive, I'm not sure I'll go to another establishment....
