The cooks were having inappropriate conversations in front of customers who, believe it or not, HEAR EVERYTHING YOU SAY. Even more awkward in front of our two young children. Errors in the orders, one of the cooks forgot to put the tofu in the pad sew and added it at the last minute, so it was not cooked.

Disappointed with the service, their team did not seem to have the instructions for the LTO (seasonal special) of Spicy Bags / Spicy Fries & Pop Bok. When I ordered they didn't know what I was talking about. I showed them the poster and they took my order. I got 2 bags, one with spicy fries and another with chicken bites. When I mentioned that the idea was to have the fries and chicken mixed and everything seasoned. They didn't even seem to know what I was talking about. Seasoning was good, fries were good. I was disappointed that I didn't get what it was supposed to be and that the staff didn't seem to understand what I was talking about. This rental just shouldn't have had this LTO.

Already 2 strikes for that place ..order #3 shrimp...1 shrimp were cold2 carrots we're not cooked when they are suppose to be al dente....I eat at Thai Express often. ( Last night I got arachide coco, shrimp)The cook ( ? ) europeen try to convince me that I m wrong......will absolutely never , ever go back.....

I have stopped multiple times and never once was my meal right. Vegetables always raw, not cooked enough, dry ... etc. I have been a Thai express customer for a very long time and I'm telling you, this one is terrible!!!

The service was very good but my chicken was like everything wrinkled I even hesitated to eat it reheated chicken and surely who dragged it was very sick the next day vomit and diarrhea for 2 days. It was the first time and the last timenormally I go to the A&W I will continue to go there

The beef Pad Thai with extra shrimp is excellent but my favorite dish is the cashew nut stir-fry with extra napa cabbage!! I've been to a lot of express Thai restaurants and this is the best. The recipes are respected.
