A nice enough spot to relax. Not quite comparable to other coffee shops in the East Bay though for ambience. It was a bit dark inside. The pesto fried chicken sandwich was amazing 10/10 and the mango lemonade was superb. Probably some of the best lemonade I’ve ever had. They mentioned they use Natalie’s so it’s not made in house though. I don’t mind. It’s definitely the best coffee shop in Barrington right now. A lot of the food items had Avocado which I am allergic...
Lovely coffee shop with a modern interior as well as outside seating. Nice selection of pastry items and good quality sandwiches. Loved my Americano and chocolate chip cookie. Highly recommended.
Black Pear offers a pleasant atmosphere with great music and stylish decor. The service was welcoming and accommodating, but unfortunately, the food didn't meet our expectations. None of the five of us were particularly satisfied with our meals.
